Normally I go to the gas station, but today , I found plastic inside my burrito. not only am I not gonna finish the burrito but I lost the money that I put into this and I can't trust that they actually do their food properly. I will not be going back

I LOVE MAVERICK and I’ve never written a review for a gas station before but this was a terribly poor experience. I was almost out of gas on the freeway and had to stop at the nearest Maverick (because I usually enjoy Maverick) and I went to four different pumps and all of them were broken. The first two didn’t register my nitro card, the third registered the card but the handle on the pump was broken and then the fourth didn’t register my card either. I ultimately had to start and stop my car four times before I found a pump that worked. Before this experience, I would have always suggested Maverick, but this particular one was definitely NOT adventure’s first stop. I’ll think twice about going here now.

This specific maverick on 9000 south 425 w. The smaller one is not open 24 hrs like google says and they have no signs stating what time they open.

Absolutely done with Maverick. They are crooked and greedy the burritos have been cut in half by size and the price stays the same. I have been spending hundreds of dollars a month at Maverick, and I am done. I wish quick trip would come from arizona. You can go to betos and get it. They burrito twice the size, for about the same price. I called the customer service number to cancel my Maverick. Nitro card, and they would not help me kept telling me to go to the website, which tells me to call the number go figure

Your morning cashier who speaks very little English has a bad habit of coughing on your customers and on everything on the counter. Could you please explain to the employee that coughing on people and their merchandise is not appropriate. Maybe give him access to paper towels so he can cover his mouth when he goes into coughing binges. The next time it happens, I'm going to embarrass him. Every time I come in this guy is coughing and it's Totally Nasty.

My regular Maverick is #304. The employees there are great. Morgan the manger always makes sure we are well taken care of. She even brought in tea for my friend from Riverdale as a special request. I've never run out of my Dr Pepper success she's been there. The other Mavericks are great as well.

I went to buy gas last night as well as a charger. I prepaid with a card. The code did not work at the pump. So I went in and told the representative and she said to wait 30 minutes and it will go back to my card but has yet to do so. I come back at 445 and they are owed when they should be open 247

I have a regular old debit card but almost every time I come o have payment issues. Going to stop coming here it’s so annoying.

I want to thank Christopher that works Saturday into the afternoon. He's great with his customer service and on track. He knows what he's doing and he is sympathetic towards the customer. You guys have a wonderful worker there and I just want to point this out and thank you because of him. Keep up the good work Christopher.
