I had never gotten a set done until today, and it was awesome! Anna was very gentle and nice ☺️!! I had no discomfort at all. Nails came out perfectly, will be coming back again ❤️ 10/10 would recommend !!!

I got a brand-new set that took almost 2 hours and cost too much for the quality ($98). I asked for an off-white, but the color is uneven with visible discoloration and spots where my natural nail shows. They already look grown out after only two days, wasn’t done to the cuticle, the nails are uneven, and there are visible nicks. I was hoping this would be my go to nail salon since the once I previously went to is a way farther commute.
Updated reached out like owner said to do. Offered to fix my nails but I already had them fixed by a nail tech I trust. Since I had already had them fixed they offered to reimburse me. Sent her a screenshot of my payment to the nail tech. She then said she could only offer $40 back since they saw it as a “color change”and would have to take my review down. I got a fill not just a color change, had to switch the base to what I asked for originally, she filed the nails to the shape I originally asked for but did not get, and fixed all of the uneven length nails I had. I texted the owner back letting her know $40 would not work for me and my reasoning behind it. I was left on read not once but twice. Beware!!! Very unprofessional, not worth the money you will be spending nor the quality you’d expect. Updating with pics of what I asked for, what I got from nail it spa, the fix, and my last message to the owner leaving me on seen 2x
Yall stay safe and choose a better place to get your nails done!!!

We were here doing nails for my daughter's wedding, 9 of us. We had an appointment and we got right in and they took great care of us. The entire party loves their nails. Will come back here again.
