I had a bad experience with how slow the customer service was. Even though they have 6 registers, I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get helped. Only one person was at the front — who, to be fair, gave me great service — but clearly there’s a lack of staff or poor management. The manager should make sure there are more people helping customers so things move faster. When you're buying parts, it’s usually because you need to fix something quickly, not to spend so much time waiting inside the store.

Full of lazy liars that don’t know what they are doing and when you try and call them out on it they have an attitude. Especially that short little old lady with the tiny glass and all the grays in her hair and the other old guy with the small glasses as well. They have no idea how to even use the computers that they work on and they provide horrible customer service and blame things on you because they misinformed you. Hate this place.

Bought a set of ball joints for my 99 cummins, 90 dollars per ball joint, times 4. I've put less than 10k miles on them and they are already failing. Upon calling the store for warranty purposes, the manager informed me that there's no warranty unless I've kept a receipt. Oreillys and autozone both keep track of my purchases where napa is the only store that doesn't. The manager was rude on the phone and wouldn't even give me his name.

Did a return and the salesman, Jimmy, was incredibly rude. Seemed highly inconvenienced by it, complaining about having to do it manually since we didn’t buy them at that location.

I used to drive more of a sports car but now have a Dodge Caliber. I wanted to switch out the shift knob for a cuter one. I ordered one online but it was for a screw on knob not a pop off. Mike at NAPA fixed my problem in no time at all . He placed a vacuum hose in it and the new knob fits like a glove! I highly recommend this store and ESPECIALLY MIKE for any help you need on your vehicle! He's a miracle worker! Thanks Mike ?

Worst experience ever the assistant manager in Sandy was completely rude. I went to pick up my items that I ordered online and got the worst customer service from the assistant manager I've ever gotten at a place. I will never shop at that location again or napa auto parts store
