Went there to test drive a car, ended up testing out four cars. The salespeople worked hard to try and find a car that met our very specific requirements. We ended up getting a car elsewhere that was a perfect fit but would return to here when looking for another car in the future.

Haven't bought a new car in quite some time - had some pains at first due to me not knowing exactly what car I wanted, but Bobby and Brandon went the extra mile to help me get into the ride I wanted. I can't thank them enough for their help and patience, and I love the Santa Fe. Check these guys out if you're in the market for a car, they'll take care of you!

I was literally the last customer of the day arriving at quarter after 8:pm. The service was optimal I test drove 3 vehicles, and they did their best to satisfy what I was looking for. We finished the deal and was satisfied by 10. Thank you NAP.

Title: A Harrowing Experience With National Auto Plaza, Sandy UTI write this review in deep frustration and utter disbelief after an appalling experience with National Auto Plaza in Sandy, UT. I was transparent about my financial predicament from the start, willing to downgrade to a vehicle with lower payments, but the series of unfortunate events that unfolded have left me exasperated and disappointed. My experience started on October 2, when I traded my 2018 Kia Optima Hybrid EX for a used 2017 Hyundai Veloster. Within two days, I was back at the dealership with the Hyundai, as the windshield was barely secure, and the transmission slipped during highway merging. Showing considerable empathy, they traded me into another vehicle - a 2017 Honda Accord LX.However, the troubles continued to mount. The car wouldn’t start on October 8, which was promptly 'fixed' by the dealership. Convinced by their swift action, I left a positive feedback on Google reviews. But the nightmare was far from over. The vehicle refused to start again on October 13 and then on October 25, it needed another starter which claimed to be new but was, in fact, a remanufactured one.Things took a devasting turn on a business trip to Elko, Nevada. On my way back home, the luckless vehicle stopped in Wendover on November 3, refusing to start again, leaving me stranded and costing me a crazy $500 for a tow truck back to Sandy, UT.Left with no option, I asked the dealership to let me walk away, but instead, they sold me another car – a 2018 Honda Civic. The tragedy didn't end as the check engine light blinked shortly after my initial drive. The car was diagnosed with an 'EVAP large leak', adding to my distress.Today, November 9, I am back here again at National Auto Plaza, begging to get my old Kia Optima back. The whole experience, marred by mechanical issues and the dealership's inability to provide reliable vehicles, has been expensive, time-consuming, and emotionally draining. They have chosen not to help me and when I expressed frustration about the experience they kicked me out of the dealership and now I have no car and no ride home. The financial burden I am under is already great, and this series of encounters has only magnified it. I cannot recommend National Auto Plaza Sandy, UT, to anyone for a used car purchase. This ordeal has taught me a harsh lesson about the dealership's low accountability and lack of transparency. Please, if you value your time, money, and peace of mind, consider this review.

Title: A Troublesome Timeline with National Auto Plaza, Sandy UTI pen this review amidst frustration and disbelief over a horrific experience with the National Auto Plaza in Sandy, UT, accompanied by a well-documented timeline of events:- **Pre-October 2**: I disclosed my financial struggles to the dealership and shared my willingness to downgrade my 2018 Kia Optima Hybrid EX, which I had bought brand new, to lower my monthly payment of $561.- **October 2**: Purchased a 2017 Hyundai Veloster. The windshield was taped, and the transmission was problematic. Feeling unsafe, I returned the car two days later.- **October 4**: They swapped the Hyundai Veloster for a 2017 Honda Accord LX.- **October 8**: Encountered starting issues with the Honda. Had to tow it back to the dealership. They claimed to have resolved the issue.- **October 9**: In response to their 'quick fix', I left a positive Google review.- **October 13**: The 'fixed' car refused to start again. Managed to somehow start the car and returned it to the dealership for a second fix.- **October 25**: Experienced starter issues yet again. The dealership replaced the starter, claiming it to be new. Only later did I find out it was remanufactured.- **November 3**: During a business trip to Elko, Nevada, the Accord failed to start in Wendover. Paid a massive $500 towing fee to get the car back to Sandy, UT.- **November 4**: Told the dealership I no longer wanted the car and asked for another one.- **November 5**: They sold me a 2018 Honda Civic, increasing my monthly payment by $18, despite my initial wish to lower payments at the beginning of this ordeal. - **November 5 (Post Meeting)**: To add to the misery, the check engine light started blinking with an 'EVAP large leak' warning message.- **November 9**: In a desperate attempt, I am back here at National Auto Plaza, asking them to sell my old car back to me. They have said they can't help me and that I'm stuck with either the broken Honda Accord or take the Honda Civic. They have chosen not to help me and when I expressed frustration about the experience they kicked me out of the dealership and now I have no car and no ride home.Mirroring my nightmare, this review entails my experiences of missed workdays, countless dealership visits, and persistent car troubles. My experiences with National Auto Plaza, Sandy UT, have undeniably been taxing, causing emotional disturbance and financial instability. As such, I highly discourage future dealings with this dealership. Please factor in this review while planning your next car purchase.

The Sales manager Ryan is awesome to work with. I was looking a for a vehicle after I was in a car accident and he took really good care of me. Stayed within my budget and got me a great SUV. I will definitely be returning to this dealership the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle.

I don't even know where to begin, too many compliments to give. I've purchased multiple vehicles from NAP for a good reason. And not just because of how they made me feel like I was getting employee pricing every time, nor how the salesmen made me feel like I was in control of the experience. What shocked me was how personal they made it, like they truly heard and knew me personally. It was the only time I've ever gotten done at a dealership wishing I could have stayed longer! Ryan Howard was the right kind of sales manager you want cutting your deal, the opposite of overbearing. I can honestly say while I was there he never once made me pressured to do business! For a car buying experience you'll never forget, go see them!

Both Zach and Ryan were both great to work with. They both went above and beyond to make sure that I walked out with the vehicle I wanted. They were both more than willing to work with me to see that I was taken care of and that my expectations were met. I would highly recommend you see them both!

Mike law and JJ were incredible. They took great care of me. I had a tough situation and they were so patient with me and helped me find a car that works that I love. Most understanding honest dealership I have ever been to.

I bought a car from them less than a month ago and it is broken down and they won't do the right thing and help fix it.It is a used car so we took it in to get a recalled fixed. While the BMW dealer fixed the recall they also did an inspection. The BMW dealership then told us the car was a "ticking-time-bomb". Not 2 days later it is sitting in a parking lot waiting to be towed.National Auto Plaza did an inspection and said everything looked good and even assured my husband that a weird noise he heard was just because it's a diesel. Well, they lied! It was actually the fuel injectors that all need to be replaced. They have also been a nightmare to get ahold of Never buy a car from this place. You will regret it.

Crazy good selection of cars and super easy financing process. Staff is extremely friendly and the lot is clean. They had me in and out with my new car in like 30 minutes. I was super impressed!

0⭐️ Had a horrible experience. We went into the dealership with intentions just to look at some trucks. The whole time we were not talking to the guy (Bobby) we originally messaged. We with a lady and we didn’t even get her name. We were immediately sat down and had to fill out paperwork with all our information when we hadn’t even talked about vehicles or what we wanted yet. We felt extremely unheard and taken advantage of because we are 20 and 21 and very new to this. They made us fill out an application for a down payment loan when we didn’t ask for that. When we got to the end of the app the lady said not to approve the loan because it would charge money. She then proceeds to press approve and we are out $50. MIND YOU WE HAVE NOT LOOKED AT A SINGLE TRUCK. We asked over and over will this money be refunded if we don’t get a truck. And she then says no. We are furious at that point. After that they show us 2 cars which we did not want at all because we went there for a truck. The whole experience just felt very shady and we are super unhappy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

NAP sold me a car with no coolant and several mechanical problems. I had put $3500 down in the vehicle and told it would be in perfect mechanical condition when I received it, NAP sells lemons. Watch out!

As i was preparing to shop for a vehicle, I was pre-approved for a loan through the credit union i work for. I was also trading in a vehicle which, I will admit, had some problems. Despite this, Bobby, the only good part about experience, helped me find a vehicle in my budget that would fit my needs. The nightmare began as soon as i sat down with their sale rep. He refused to listen to me when i spoke, and decided i was going to get extra coverages i did not ask for. He also funded my loan through another credit union with which i do not get my employee rate through. Which by the way, thanks to all the extras he added to my loan, is now 180% loan to value. So my employer denied my loan. I am now locked into a loan i can barely afford because this person decided he knew what was best for me, instead of patiently listening to what i had to say. The nightmare with this dealership only got worse when I had to call them every day for weeks to get an update on my license plates. Every time I call the receptionist apologizes, says that she will pass along my name to be called the next day, which they never do. I went in to speak to them in person on my day off because I was told that Pete in finance, the one I had negative experiences with already, was going to be and I could speak to him about the issue. After I went there the manager said that "Pete will not be in today and there is nothing we can do for you today." As of writing this review I still do not have license plates, and my temporary tags are expired. When I asked the manager what he expects me to do driving with expired tags and he just shrugged and said that there is nothing they can do. I have never had such a nightmarish time purchasing a car than I did at National Auto Plaza in Sandy. This is the first and Last car I will ever buy from them.

Horrible place! Dont buy anything from here! Me and wife trade our lowmileage baby truck here for another truck which was considered a luxury truck and the manager insured us that the truck was serviced but 3 months later wheelhub went out and the mechanic told me there was no record in the system that this car was serviced at all!Got the truck back here for a fix but they turned off my safety sensors and I didn't realized until I hit a post denting the hell out of the car, that they are turned off. Took it back there and a manager didnt even take responsibility or even saying sorry for why they turned the sensors off.A month later the evap went out and still my warranty on the car is not covering it that I paid 5k for it During sale.
