Their customer service is abhorrent. My wife and I tried to return some shoes that in full disclosure, she wore outside, for about a half hour, that hurt her feet. If you look on the shoe racks, there are dozens and dozens of shoes that clearly have been worn outside, many of them that were in far worse condition than the ones we tried to return. Rather than trying to help a customer solve a problem, they refused to allow us to replace the shoes. We didn't even want to return them. We just wanted to replace them and actually it was with another pair of shoes that had clearly been used, and the store manager even acknowledge that. Clearly, they are inconsistent, and hypocritical, and more interested in their own bottom line, then in customer service. My wife has bought shoes from Nordstrom rack for years, but we will never go to another Nordstrom Rack.

Not the same as they used to be. Rude workers. Ridiculous return policies. Did I mention rude workers. Clothes aren’t sorted, everything everywhere. Oh yeah…rude cashiers. Use to be a nice experience but now my go-to is TJ MAXX

I bought some shoes at this store a couple weeks ago. The problem is when I got home and took the price tag off that was stuck on the insole, there was a rip that the price tag was covering. The receipt said final sale. I called customer service and the person I spoke with said in this circumstance the store should return the shoes for me, but I would need to go to the store. She transferred me to the store to speak with someone before I made the 1/2 hour drive to the store. The manager of that store said they couldn’t return them even though they were damaged and the damage was something I couldn’t have seen until I took off the sticker with the price. My advice is take off the price tags and make sure there is no damage underneath before you purchase the item. I never expected there would be a rip on the insole. I’m also wondering if I spoke to someone else if the outcome would be different.

There is no issue with the store as much as an issue with Nordstrom’s policy with returns. I purchased items online. I have a hard time having clothes fit just right so often times I have to return a portion of them. I bought these items from Nordstrom because there is a Nordstrom rack 20 minutes away where I can return it. However, one of the items I purchased, which I was unaware of was, was from a third-party seller. Due to this fact, Nordstrom rack would not take my return and instead I have to go to the normal Nordstrom store which is an additional 20 minutes away. Had I known their return policy, which isn’t very clear, I would’ve had purchased this item from Amazon and had a lot more convenient of a return. Just FYI, for anyone looking to return something at Nordstrom rack.

Extremely awful service! The Nordstrom name has gone DOWNHILL! The representatives were not willing to help at all! I felt very disrespected! I have always loved the Rack, not anymore. I will not recommend this store to anyone!!!
