2/20/24 at 3:10 pm MST. I waited at the register for a little bit before someone acknowledged me. All 3 employees were on their phones. Finally made eye contact with a girl, and she didn't say hi or acknowledge me, so I went to the next register, and they finally put their phone down to let me pay. I don't know why you pay your employees to be on their phones all shift? Other than that, it was a good experience.

Mgmt at this store needs a class in customer service or maybe just a friend to talk to. Maybe corporate treats the employees poorly so they are crab apples. Any how, I had an exchange to do with a receipt and tags still on. 6 days over the 30 day policy and the only thing she would do is offer me a gift card, I asked if she could make an exception because it’s only 6 days and not even a week and why would a week make a difference in the bottom line and she went on this rage about obviously I knew the policy if I’m asking for an exception and she would only make an exception if I didn’t know the policy, WHOA lady I don’t memorize store policies, I can’t even remember my drivers license number. She was very triggered and maybe should consider a new career path if basic interactions send her circling the drain. My New Year’s resolution was to give ppl the benefit of the doubt but it’s hard, you know. Oh well maybe her dog ran away this weekend and her husband crashed the mini van, in that case I’ll keep my stuff and hope you have a better day.

I was so disappointed in this store. The clothing was hideous. The prices were completely crazy expensive. There was nothing that I would ever waste money on there.

Always great deals. No matter how busy they are, they manage to smile and find ways to save money for the shopper. Downside..a lot of items not marked with price.

This place has a lot of options and most everything is a good deal for the type of brands they have. The employees were very nice and helpful. We'll definitely be coming back!

This store has a good selection of clothing, bags, and accessories at a price slightly under retail. I just came here to browse and appreciated a lot of their Christmas/home goods items. The workers were very friendly and helped us with what we needed. The store is clean and well maintained.

Didn’t get a chance to return in time. A few days over and they wouldn’t even do an exchange or store credit for something unworn with tags still in tact and a receipt. I know we should have made the cutoff and understand we can’t get a full refund to the original form of payment, but to not accept it as an exchange or store credit is really strict for a retailer and certainly makes us not want to shop here again. One time exception would have been great for loyal customers.

Bought two pairs of jogger style pants. I spent over $90 for pants that deteriorated after one wear and wash. I washed exactly to the instructions and one pair had permanent wrinkles in large white marks on them and the other pair pilled after one wear. NR would not return low quality product. Please sell decent quality clothing/lines. Manager suggested I wear them as pajamas, sadly no help on the customer service end of things. Ideally if I spent $90 on pj’s they wouldn’t fall apart!

I really wanted to buy a dress but the strap had been ripped/broken by someone else. It would’ve taken alterations a few minutes just to stitch it up. They told me I would have to pay to get it fixed on top of paying for the dress? It wasn’t a cheap dress either. How can employees and a store feel good about trying to sell damaged clothing items. It’s designer clothing not a thrift store.

Had the worst experience today at your location I will never be back! Need to train your employees about customer service! The woman that was helping me check out was so rude and condescending she was taking to me like i was a 5 year old . Telling me next time I need to have my Nordstrom card with me and I needed to put my phone down and pay attention to what I was doing on the keypad. When what I was doing on my phone was trying to find my account so I could use my Nordstrom card. Then kept rolling her eyes at me ! When I asked someone else to help me because of how rude she was and then she couldn’t figure out how to give me my discount or use my gift card. I had she walked over to another employee and sat there and talked about me this woman in her 60s and was acting like she was 16. Everyone there has always been great except this woman not sure what her problem was she should not be working with the public!!!!

I’ve been a fairly regular shopper at Nordstrom Rack for some time, but a recent experience I had with Irena has turned me off to the company in general. Her rather apathetic attitude is very unbecoming of a Nordstrom manager, and she’s definitely misaligned with the brand she’s supposed to represent. If you’re set on shopping or working at NR, I would definitely recommend a different location.
