Ella (said she was a manager) refused to help with an exchange that had shrunk two sizes. She claims that cotton always shrinks that much (not so) and that I need to call customer service. They told me that the store should be able to return it because it is a damaged and defective product as stated in the return policy. Ella still refused and said to call back customer service and that they would have to call her to approve the return and they do it often. Customer service says that’s never been the case and they don’t have a way to call out and that Ella lied. I then spoke to another online department who did call the store and she told them she inspected the item and didn’t believe it was defective. She didn’t even lift the item from the counter so how could she decide if it shrunk or not? Terrible management of this location.

old navy is literally the most spectacular place I've ever ever been. The customer service there makes me excited to be alive. the best casher Tyler was the kindest sweetest person and honestly he needs a raise. the selection of clothes are so nice. and the value is actually really good. They have a great price.

Old Navy is such a fun store. Sheena made it even better. We asked her where we could find a specific pair of silky Christmas pajama pants (my son's friend group is all buying a pair and then wearing them to their annual Christmas party), and she took us to all the different places within the store that we could find that specific fabric in a variety of cuts and sizes. She was looking things up for us online, finding out how long things would take to ship, etc. Good job scoring with that employee, Old Navy! We'll be back!

Nice clothes but where’s the bathroom?

It’s august 2023 and I echo a previous review below. The store doesn’t even have a freaking bathroom. My seven year old needed to desperately get to the bathroom so I asked a few of the employees and all of them said no they do not have a bathroom. Not even for a seven-year-old who’s not that good at holding his pee. The nearest bathroom they direct me to us in target. it’s so ridiculous because by law they have to have a bathroom for their employees so they are just choosing not to let paying customers use the bathroom. Bad practice. Bad policy. When I went and talk to the acting manager for the night, she told me that they don’t let customers use the bathroom because they think that they’re going to steal stuff. I am a very dark skinned individual and to me that just seems blatant racism why she would not let my seven year old is the bathroom. And when I walked away, I could see inside the store window and they were laughing. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau never felt discriminated against to my life until tonight.

This store is amazing. Everyone was helpful and the customer service was top notch. The manager Sydney, went out of her way to help me find something. I will be coming back and shopping more.
