Not great, most tops were one size, and I saw a lot of styles there i’ve seen in several other stores for cheaper. Employees minded their business and overall store was good and clean.

Worst customer service in the mall, employees either don’t acknowledge you or are actively rude. Someone train these employees!!!!!

I came in the the store Aug-31-2024 at like 1:30 and the girls were absolutely awful. There was a line for the dressing room and no one would come and open them we had to wait 15 minutes to even get someone to come open the dressing rooms . And they were SO rude when asked to open the dressing rooms they were so bratty and mean.

I love shopping at pacsun and this location is kept nice and has more options than other locations, however, the staff ruins it. I will drive extra to go to fashion place instead of here. They are very rude and judgmental. I waited at the register for them to ring me up as they stood making fun of a guys instagram that had applied. They waited until they finished to help me. In the middle of the transaction, the girl helping me turned away to talk again and I had to wait for her to stop chatting AGAIN. and she didn’t even say a word to me the entire time.

I went there 15 minutes before closing (8pm)and they had already left and locked the gate. Seriously unprofessional, I have worked retail before, I get it, you want to get out of there but you can’t just close early whenever you want to, that’s no way to run a business. Gave an extra star because the store is more organized and cleaner than most others, just don’t expect their business hours to be accurate.

My daughter tried to return some pants and they were so rude. Gave her dirty looks and put the amount on a gift card instead of returning to my credit card. This was from a purchase made two days ago so it shouldn’t be past return policy. I feel like reporting fraud so they don’t get paid. I’m irritated because we live hours away from the malls. Customer service is non-existent.

Neat store for teen gifts! Staff need to pay more attention to register area. Waited for 7mins for someone to check me out. I was the only one in line.

The have nice clothing. Not too terribly high priced. Nice veriety of clothing but not a lot of larger sizes.

I had a very good time shopping at this pacsun, Everyone is very helpful, helps me pick out clothes, gets me a dressing room, and checks me out all super quick and efficient. Will definitely be coming back again and again

This location closes their dressing room 30+ minutes before closing. Why not just close earlier? Found some items and couldn’t try them on because they had closed dressing rooms. Why??? You don’t want to sell clothes? Won’t return.
