Update:called in and placed the order online and had great service and can confirm that website issues can be avoided by calling.Whats is wrong with your website!!!!I really wish I could place a order but every time I go to checkout your website times out and or just stalls in loading. Does your website not work after 5pm?I wanted to buy 50 retractable banner stands but due to your website I am forced to go somewhere else.

Amazing quality for the price I paid.I was shopping around and I found this guys, I check the prices and I was afraid before I ordered that the quality will be low.Finally, I decided to order.I got my flag delivered in 5 day and I was amazed about the quality and fast shipping.Highly recommend!!!

Yikes! We ordered two products for an event weeks in advance. Both were damaged when we received. The company took time to blame UPS and finally agreed to replace the damaged parts after some convincing. They chose to send the replacement parts by UPS Ground...and they did not make in time for our event. So we asked for a refund. They want us to pay a restocking fee and for return shipping.

had a giclee' printed on watercolor paper - colors were way out of whack - they simply defended themselves and said the colors were fine. I am the artist - and there were blue tones definitely missing. you will not get a refund or a discount you will simply get them defending themselves and touting their fine reputation, avoid. bottom line: they do not care about customer satisfaction.

So far, this company has been great to work with, only just recently sent in my first order, so I don't have any product just yet, but the staff has been very friendly and helpful in walking me through their products and what product would be the best for what we are trying to accomplish.

The worst printing vendor I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Tradeshow booth display arrived damaged and scuffed from packaging or mishandling at the manufacturer/printer facility. Attempted to work with customer support to get the issue resolved, their response was to state that our photos of damage directly out of the packaging, was not their fault as they had pictures from QA after production, however when asked to see those pictures they refuse to share stating it is a technical challenge with their system (Any computer can send screenshots). The next best solution they could offer was for us to ship the product back to them at our cost for them to evaluate at some point and to make a decision. If they decided to take no action, it would again be our cost to ship the damaged product back to us. All of this has caused lost revenue from our client and we will not be using this vendor ever again and I am in the process of disputing the credit card payment charges with my credit card provider.
