As a buyer, it can be lots of fun to go in and bargain hunt. As a seller...not so much. I am finishing up my 3rd set of booths and will not be returning as a seller again. The new employees don't do as thorough a job highlighting booths for the IG reels as past employees. Out of an entire week, they showed one item from my booth. Past employees would generally do a shot of the full booth, depending on what type. Plus, it stinks that you have to spend $25 to reserve the booth and then they keep 40% of what you sell afterwards. My last booth almost sold out entirely (probably sold 25+ items) and I made $35...which is technically about $10 when you factor in the booth rental fee. It's not worth the hassle.

This is such a cute store! People rent booths by the weeks so things are constantly changing! The prices are fair or inexpensive! I love that most booths will give some sort of discount mostly on Thursdays and Fridays because booths switch out on Saturday. It’s like curated thrifting with thrift prices!

I have done two booths here and have had such a pleasant experience both times! The ladies working helped give me tips on best things/ways to sell and it was such a good way to purge my closet! Definitely recommend and definitely will be doing another booth soon!

I’ve sold with other preloved locations and never had a problem. This time they changed my booth number the day of and my pay out was EXTREMELY LOW for everything I sold. I had a women’s and child’s booth and my children’s booth was almost completely empty. Started with brand new sets and bags including a fawn design. Definitely feel robbed and should’ve just sold online.

It's hard to find clothes that are smaller. They don't have bigger kid clothes that would pass as a smaller size person, they just have infant and toddler sizes.
The shelves are small and it's hard to view the clothing, very cramped they shove all the pieces on the rack instead of putting just the tops and dresses hanging. The rest of the shelf on the bottom would be best for pants and heavier clothing pieces to be folded nicely instead of on hangers.
I loved their other location in Spanish, so excited they have one here! 💛

I would give them a 5 but they are hard to find. No advertising except a little sign on 9400. The pre loved in Riverton has directional signs everywhere. This franchise owner needs some coaching on marketing. It is directly south of the DI thrift store on 9400 in Sandy. And in the same parking lot as “Kid to Kid”. Jump on the train of thrift stores around and get street signs out so your sellers do well. This is a great concept and very clean store.

I have sold here several of times & also purchased here multiple times, I have always had a great experience but I ended up buying some items through DM shopping on 3/28/25, when I went to pick up my items they couldn’t find them, I drove 30 mins to get these items… I asked them to keep me updated if they found them 2 weeks when by and I kept contacting them through DM shopping and they would ignore me through DM or say that the lady that put them away wasn’t there so I ended up contacting them through email and they said the refund was on its way, on 4/17 and on 4/28 they said they canceled it because they finally “found “ the items and I honesty just wanted my refund after how long it’s been and I wasn’t going to drive 30 mins to get my items after all the constant ignoring & now it’s 5/6/25 and still no sign of the refund …

As a first time seller, I was disappointed in their customer service and lack of empathy. I didn't catch that I was supposed to discount the clothes by 50% to get the $25 deposit back if I didn't make enough. I spent hours preparing my clothes and researching fair prices so when they asked if I wanted to discount further (without explaining the the consequences if I didn't) I didn't think it necessary. Upon realizing I only made $15, I asked for a second chance to sell again with the items discounted. I admitted to my mistake but they were unwilling to work with me. They could have made more money from my sales but instead lost a seller and a customer. I know what it's like to run a business. Empathy and compassion mean a lot and keep people coming back. Skip this location. Don't throw your money and time away like I did.Update: Most of my items were brand new (some with tags) and priced under $15 (most were $5-$7). The owners response is dismissive, judgemental, and unhelpful to my situation

Buyer Beware!Recently I tried to Instagram dm shop some items at this location as I have done so in other locations with success. I replied to the insta story post also describing the items I was looking to purchase. I did so well within the deadline of their dm shopping (A Thursday at 11am). I did not hear back for hours and the 1pm dm shopping deadline came and went. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought they were super busy with dm orders and would hear back soon. Around 6pm I get a reply stating my message was hidden, they were now seeing it, and had been moved to a main message page. However, they did not acknowledge my dm shop request or even if the items were still available. I thanked them for getting back to me and I understand that messages can become hidden. So I again asked if they can let me know if the items I pointed out and described are available (I could’ve paid for it the following day the during dm shop as per policy)Sadly I did not hear from anyone on Friday during dm shop hours and didn’t want to ask for a 3rd time as I had the confirmation that they can see my messages. The situation turned very sour for me as I never got a reply and by Friday evening booths are taken down. It got worse when I saw Saturday morning a notification they “liked” my message (asking for the 2nd time if items were available to dm shop). However, when I opened the message, the “like” was removed. What was that?? Letting me know they’re going to ignore?Definitely NOT a great experience and would absolutely NOT recommend this location.Needs improvement!
