Disappointed in the printing job. We paid almost $90 for a custom sample of a booklet and was given this (see picture) of the binding being stapled together and not even neatly.. if staples are put in incorrectly, taking them out and replacing them looks terrible! $90 for my project to look like this is crazy. Won’t be going back

I agree with the review below that this place has a customer service issue. They must not treat and pay their staff very well because when the clock strikes 5:00 pm, they are DONE. I came in at 4:30 with files in PDF format and Lisa couldn't have offered any less help to me as we tried to e-mail files in the acceptable file format. I had all files I needed to her by 4:55 and after watching her process for the first few prints, I believe it wouldn't have taken 5 more minutes to finish up with me and complete the print job, but I had to return the next day to retrieve my print outs. They are not open on weekends, close by 5:00 pm, and charge you 4% extra to pay by credit card.

Would give them negative star if i could! WORST service ever!! Went in to simply print 10 pages of word document with a simple green clover image. Asked the lady to copy paste on the word document so that two images of clovers would print on one page and she refused to do simple copy paste. Said our owner has told us not to!! She said we would need to send this to our “graphics” department!!! R u serious? Went in to give some simple business to a locally owned business, but came out very disappointed. MOREOVER, i said ok fine maybe you dont feel comfortable doing “copy paste” so let me do that copy & paste on my phone send the image and as i was doing that on my phone she said “our owner does not like us to have anyone stand there” (there wasn’t a single other customer where i was standing, which by the way was not by the ordering area). WOW!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have gone to kinkos or officemax and they are so helpful in making some changes to get the right printing done without any attitude this lady was giving. BRAVO EARNING ONE STAR!!

I moved into the area a year ago and am so happy to have finally found my new go-to print shop. They are so responsive and print small jobs (handouts, flyers, 8.5x11 color copies) so quickly—it’s amazing. The quality is primo and I’ll never go anywhere else.*Be prepared to pay with debit or cash or have the credit card fee added to your total.

If you’re looking for a high quality printing place with great people/interactions, look no further! I started ordering exclusively from Printing Express a few months ago, and come in every few days to pick up online orders or have other services done. Not only are the employees exceptionally kind, but always willing to work with me and explain their processes! I hope to continue working with them for very very long!Special shoutout to Lisa and Gary! They’ve gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and even know me by name which is always a nice touch when you’re frequenting a business! Truly couldn’t ask for a better experience!! ♥️♥️♥️
