I know the other reviews are a little misleading. I’m just glad I trusted my gut and tried them out! Also got the free car wash which is a plus.”
“The service rep was kind and professional when he called the day before to make sure all was good to go and asked if I had any questions for my 7 am pickup. The uhaul was like brand new and clean. So easy to use on the app for pick up and drop off since office was closed. Easy to add more time since my move took longer than anticipated. Canyon Storage is a 10!! Affordable! Thank you”

“We had a mixed experience but there was great service recovery by the manager. We rented on a truck for a short local piano move. It was a very busy day and the manager signed us in. When we returned the truck 90 minutes later, the store was overwhelmingly busy so we returned it with a yard agent. He was among the most rude customer service people I have encountered. He did not speak to us, drove the truck away at a dangerous speed, and was rude when I asked if need to go to the desk because he did not confirm that he had checked us in.
When we received the receipt, he overbilled us on fees, mileage and gas, it was double the expected cause. Fortunately we had taken before and after photos gas gauge and odometer. I filed a complaint and sent photos. The manager Jeremy was immediately responsive and corrected the errors. He showed great service recovery. Hopefully he will address the individual employee who is not representative of U-Haul overall or that store based on our prior experience.”
