On-site manager, Misty, is very friendly, informative and professional. She found us a better deal than what we had reserved and explained and answered any question we had. She was the deciding factor in our decision to rent with public storage in sandy.

Do not rent here!!!!!!!! They force you to get orange door insurance. This is a scam. My unit had a leak in the roof which I reported. And my door wouldn’t shut flush with the ground so debris and garbage got into my unit damaging my things. My couch and bed took most of the water damage and needed to be replaced which amounted in $2000 worth of damage. Orange store insurance would only cover 150 and they also lied on the Claim so that they wouldn’t have to pay for water damage instead they listed it as fungus.
I am out 2k. Thanks to these criminals

Misty was so helpful and sweet! The property is well maintained and looks nice. I would highly recommend. We looked at 2 units and both were cleaned and nice! The office was tidy. They even offered me moving supplies! Seriously an amazing experience!
