Absolutely amazing and honest work every time I go in for a service. I can trust them to do their best work at a fair price every time. My most recent visit I got the CVT Transmission fluid changed and the price was fair and my car runs better than it did when I bought it. They truly treat the cars like their own. I would absolutely recommend this shop if you are looking for any type of repair at a great cost!

This guy took my car in and I gave him three tasks he fixed the first two . The tasks took him quite longer then he anticipated but never called to tell me anything. I called and spoke with his daughter and that didn’t help much as the car hadn’t been worked on in days. I asked when it would be done and they said next week. The next week I called and he said Friday. I went Friday and picked up the car at 445pm. Paid for the car and drove it about a block when I had to stop for a stop light and WENT right through it and just missed another vehicle. A police officer say me and drove over and asked why I didn’t stop . I showed him the work invoice from Rays garage and said that I just left there. I then took out my cell phone and called RAY’S garage at 459 pm and it went straight to voicemail. I called a tow truck and got the car home, called Monday morning and spoke to the daughter and she told me as soon as I left she closed. They are not standing behind their work and I am proceeding with litigation . The guy is a HACk! He let a vehicle go out of his shop without any BRAKES! I told him that that was the one of the three things I wanted him to fix. He bled the brakes and let me drive away with a bad MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER! NO BRAKES and responsibility. He should be shut down on lack of integrity alone but we will see what the better business bureau says, we will see what a court has to say, but I say this to you if you want to go to a reputable mechanic DON’T go to RAY’S garage!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rays is the best auto shop I've ever used hands down. Extremely fair pricing. If you're looking to fix your car, but can't pay an arm and a leg to predatory auto shops, call rays and they'll beat the competitors price.
Rays also does a great job of working with their customers to get your car fixed. They'll use customer supplied parts (no warranty on this type of work of course), incase you can source parts for cheaper. Their staff are all extremely kind and patient. They've done a ton of work on my old audi, and they take great care of me.

I wish there was a 0 star button. Unprofessional, untrustworthy, may as well throw your money in the trash. Without writing a novel of how terrible of an experience I had with Ray’s “service”, I’m now out $7,000 on a car I had inspected there and Ray’s garage has proven to be the most untrustworthy and quite honestly lazy mechanic shop I’ve been to. And looks like I’m not the only one Ray’s has done this to… long story short I took a car to get a pre purchase inspection and was told by a lady at the front desk and the mechanic that did the job that the car was “in great condition, had no serious problems, would just need routine oil changes and it would be a good vehicle to buy” less than 3 WEEKS later engine misfiring and grinding noises when starting up. Took it to another shop who sent pictures of coolant leaking from the engine block with rust all around it that should’ve been caught at time of inspection and informed me there had been fluid leaking into the head gasket for far longer than a few weeks, so bad it now requires a full head gasket or engine swap (estimated $5,000+). Incredibly frustrating to pay someone to inspect a car and provide a diagnosis and to have such an outcome. AND not to mention asking multiple times at time of inspection for some kind of documentation or invoice and they have no record of it. Doubt they even looked at the car at all with how obvious it was leaking. Don’t waste your money with Ray’sPhotos provided by a mechanic at a different shop that actually does his job.

Surprised I haven't already previously reviewed this shop considering I've been going to them for years, so here it is! They always take such good care of me. I've always felt that they were really honest with me about what actually needed to get done each time. Thank you guys for all your hard work! My husband and I are definitely loyal to your shop, we don't go anywhere else.

Rays garage does wonderful work at a fair price , they helped me when I needed my engine worked on and when I needed some of the hoses for my car fixed . They have wonderful employees with a caring attitude, they also helped me learn how to identify problems with my car in the future (1998 so my cars old)

Came up here for some training and had some car problems. Staff was awesome, John was able to find the problem right away and got it fixed in a quick manner. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto maintenance.
