I have been working with Denyce to adopt my first feathered friend. Her, her volunteers and her nephew have all been completely amazing to work with. I've tried working with other bird adoption agencies and I've been unsuccessful because I live in Montana, and most rescues won't even consider you if you live out of their state or farther than 350 miles away, no matter how good of a fit you are. They have given me a chance and I'm so beyond grateful to them. They are incredibly caring for their birds. I've been in twice now and you can see just how much they care for the birds in their care and as a whole. They are SO BEYOND knowledgeable about every bird in their care. They do a great job matching you with a feathered friend based on what the bird needs. She was able to decode every thing the bird did as it was doing it, explain mannerisms and she is so patient witty me and the bird. I sat there for 2 hours with 2 birds, just letting them explore me and working through their anxiety with me being a new person for them. She got other birds out to give them attention and allow them time out of their cage too, in a safe way. She has been faced with impossible situations with horders in the area and she absolutely is a safe place for these birds awaiting their forever home. They also set you up with everything you need for your feathered friend, a cage, starter food, toys, info sheets, etc. And she's a great resource. I look look forward to my next few visits with my hopeful, soon to be bird friend and I could totally see me coming back for another once I get settled with my first little friend. These are great people, I wish there were more of them. The prices are fantastic too, and you are contributing to a good cause going through her than a breeder. There are many options too. If I could give her a better review, I would. Thank you for taking care of these birds, some of which were surrendered to her many years ago. She does a good job of making sure you are matched well.

my special needs green cheek and i are new to the state. needed to establish somewhere i can get specialty items, get his nails trimmed, etc and found Ronie's. they are 25 mins from me and after arriving for my grooming appointment with my little buddy i realised i left my wallet all the way back at home. they were kind enough to left my first visit be on the house. you dont see that kind of service anymore, can't recommend this place enough ! totally worth the long drive

We're huge fans of Ronie's! We've been coming here for seven years or more and have never received anything but the highest level of customer care and expertise.We also had an excellent experience recently adopting a bird from Ronie's. It's actually B&B Bird Rescue, which is a separate entity from the store but it's the same building and same people. They have an entire interview process, with an application and references, and then you come in and an expert observes your interaction with the bird you're looking at adopting. All in all it was a very professional experience. All the love.

Denyce and Dominick are awesome, smart, and truly love their birds. They won't let you adopt a bird until they are sure the bird's new home is the right fit. The rescues we have acquired are the best birds we've ever owned. Thank you guys. You're the best

we put our bird Riley in boarding for the first time. they were very accommodating we were allowed to talk to Riley daily. Judging byhis behaviour Riley had a good time at BIRD CAMP .THANKS SO MUCH!!!!

Made an appointment and it was a month before we could get in, when we showed up for our appointment the staff just said they were short people and would not even let us look at the birds. Very, very unprofessional

I take my conure here to do nail, beak and wing trims every few months. We have always had great experiences and the price is very reasonable. My conure would probably give it a one star review, but she’s just a big baby. Definitely recommend!

Only went to this place becuase it's closer. Took my birds for a feather trim. I turned for a quick moment to fill out the paper the make you sign and suddenly the guy is grabbing one of my birds by the neck to get it out of the cage. And when I asked what is he doing?! He said how else is he supposed to get it out of the cage. YOU OPEN THE DOOR NOT THE LITTLE WINDOW! Definitely does not seem like he even likes birds. Not to mention they only trimmed one feather off each wing. Will not be going to this place again. Ended up driving straight to the other place that's further away where they know to try to approach birds by putting their finger/ hand out first or at least asking if the birds are hand trained, which mine are.
