Safelite came to my house to install a new windshield. They left two large gaps on each side of the windshield where it should be covered with rubber. So some of the edge of the windshield is exposed. They tried to tell me that’s how it should be well it’s not. Tried to get a manager to call me back regarding the issue and he hasn’t. 90th s location in Midvale Ut. Very poor service. The technician also used a suction to hold the new windshield up and attached it to my drivers side window and now I have a noise that sounds like air coming through when I drive. Very unhappy

This Safelite location definitely has the best customer service. The Tech did a great job of repairing the windshield chip w/ little evidence.

I scheduled 2 weeks in advance for a morning 8-12 window. I was then contacted after that time that he wouldn’t be able to show up u til later. That requires that I move my vehicle to a different location. He showed up around 630 pm and worked into the night. Removing the windshield on my truck required removing two pillar aftermarket lights which he did but then just left them dangling off the side Of the truck for me to reinstall. This is terrible. Scratches on the truck and another 45 minutes for me to reinstall. Awful customer service. Definitely don’t recommend

Just got a passenger side back window replaced. Everything looks great, the tint matches perfectly. Self and the team did a great job! 10/10 will be back again for future needs.

Making an appointment was easy. We are from California and needed to replace our windshield. Went to Safelite in Sandy, Utah on 114th. The staff were all friendly, helpful (with information) and professional!! I highly recommend them!
