I experienced an auto glass emergency (shattered back windshield in the dead of winter) the day before heading out of town in my truck. Safelite was able to help me SAME DAY with courtesy and professionalism for HALF the cost of the other guys who also told me they were a week out because the glass is hard to find (shout out to Noah).

When out of the way to fix the truck windshield. Even came back after the locksmith unlocked the truck because the key got locked in by mistake, they made a bad day good.

WE have had 3 WINDHIELDS replaced this year due to ROAD Construction. We have had Safelite Auto Glass do all 3 vehicles because they are reliable, prompt and great products and friendly service.

Scheduled an appointment to get my windshield replaced and day of they called me to tell me my replacement was damaged and had to reschedule me a week out. Again, day of comes and my car is scheduled between 12-5pm. Was then told someone was going to arrive 5:30-6:30 now 7:30pm comes around and I receive a text that they are not going to arrive and my car needs to be RESCHEDULED AGAIN another week out.
Absolutely terrible business!!!!!
