Awesome collaborate workspaces. We do our team offsites here every quarter. The monster whiteboard wall is great for brainstorming and mapping out ideas/plans.

Fantastic local productive workspace! David and his team go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. The design of the space stands above all others in the valley as it combines local culture, innovation and aesthetics.

I had a disappointing experience at Salt Mine Productive Workplace. Upon entering, I was met by David, the owner. His greeting was an awkward old man fist bump, followed by a barrage of 20 questions about my business and why I was interested in their space. He was extremely off-putting and lacked any self-awareness.
David later mentioned he needed to know what my business was to avoid accepting competing businesses. This is something that should be addressed after the application process, not within the first 30 seconds of meeting. I wasn’t prepared to give an elevator pitch to someone I had just met.
Throughout our interaction, David talked fast and seemed uninterested in me or my business. It felt like dealing with a dismissive jewelry store salesman who assumed I couldn’t afford anything.
If there was any fun startup energy at Salt Mine, it was completely overshadowed by David’s demeanor.
Long story short, I would have signed up for an office on the spot if literally anyone else on the planet had greeted me.
—Update You perfectly prove my point David. It’s honest feedback about my experience. Being right is not advantageous to you in this position. Good luck to you sir

I’ve been working at the Salt Mine for a couple weeks now and it’s been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and David, the owner, was great to work with in understanding how it works and how the space could support my needs. Kudos to David and his team for creating a great resource for the community. 🤜🤛

Space is ok - overpriced and strange layout. Coffee isn't included with daily drop-in rate.

The workspace was obviously designed by someone who has never been a remote-worker. Complete lack of private booths to take Zoom calls was a dealbreaker for me. The owner is often on site and friendly, but will quickly explain to you why you don't know what you need and that you can take calls out in the open. So if you are like me and discuss proprietary information on calls that you facilitate and require more privacy than is available for free at the coffee shop next door, this is not your place. For the price, you are much better off driving to the WeWork in Lehi. The commute isn't ideal, but what you get for the added effort and the same $ makes it 1000% better deal in terms of the effectiveness of the workspace.(in response to the response below - the phone booths are standing only, which is not adequate if you are on calls all day. The booths are in the open next to the coffee shop, the conference rooms are charged by the hour. You can definitely rent an office, but if you are someone looking for a coworking space that caters to remote workers, the amenities are very limited at $129 a month. Also, at this price point it's standard working hours only, so if you do business on the East coast, you won't be able to get in before your early calls.)
