Tallie, Kaylee, and Skyla are my sons favorites! Everyone here is amazing. This business is the epitome of great management, caring, loving, nurturing, and accommodating!! I could go on and on, truly. They have been a life saver for my 4 year old son, who attended 6 daycares before we found Sandy Kindercare!

Since Tallie became the new director at Sandy KinderCare, the difference has been incredible. She has gone above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming, and organized environment for both the children and parents. Her communication is excellent, and it's clear she truly cares about each child's well-being and growth. You can feel the positive energy and dedication she brings every day. We’re so grateful for her leadership and all the improvements she’s made—Sandy KinderCare is in great hands with Tallie!

I have two daughters who mean everything to me, and I’d do anything to make sure they’re safe and well cared for. When I first brought them to this daycare, I was more than uncertain—I wanted to pull them out immediately. The experience before Tally became the director was frustrating and disappointing. I stayed only because I had no other option due to custodial issues.
Since Tally took over as director in July, however, the daycare and her team, especially Tally and Kaylee, have gone above and beyond for my daughters. They even pick up my oldest daughter from school and keep her safe until I can arrive. Every time I pick them up, they’re happy and clearly well cared for.
The staff has been professional, neutral, and supportive rather than taking sides (I’m not the easiest person to deal with when it comes to my children). They answer my questions, keep me updated, and provide the stability my daughters need. They also post pictures and updates on the app, allowing me to see how my girls are doing throughout the day, which gives me great peace of mind.
If Keri reads this, Tally, Kaylee, and the entire staff deserve recognition and raises. To any parent considering the Sandy Kindercare now, I can highly recommend them. I’ve faced many challenges in life, but being a single father of two daughters is one of the hardest. You all mean a lot to me and my daughters. I’ll never be able to thank you enough for being such a positive part of my children’s lives. Thank you so much.

Our daughter has been going to KinderCare for almost 8 months now. At first, we were really lukewarm about KinderCare because it seemed the turnover was substantial, I felt like I was meeting a new teacher every week. However, a new director came in and all the changed. The staff has been consistent, our daughters teachers Shelbey and Kylie genuinely care and love our daughter, and they keep us up to date on all the things going on at the center and with our daughter. She’s only 10 months but gets excited every day we pull into the parking lot. We’re grateful for KinderCare and how they’ve helped us this year

My baby girl has been attending this location (infant class) for the past 7 months and she truly loves it. She gets so excited when she sees her teachers. The infant teachers Ms. Shelbey and Ms. Kylie are absolutely wonderful with her. My baby had a feeding tube for the first 8 months of her life essentially and the care that Ms. Shelbey and the other teachers provided her during the day truly did make an impact in her ability to now be tube free and moved on to eating solids. The new center director Tallie, and Asst. Director Kaylee are absolutely wonderful to work with. I personally have no concerns with this center, as any time there has been any sort of issue with my baby they call me to let me know what is happening and communicate frequently through their app so I know when she eats and how much she eats, as well as get updates on daily activities. Our family loves this KinderCare center and we'd be lost without them.

The ladies that work with my infant daughter are sweet and caring. They make sure she is well fed and taken care of. My baby girl loves her teachers!

Do not send your child here. Even if they say they have space, they do not.My infant started attending KinderCare Sandy at 9wks old. I liked the teachers initially, but within a month the staff that I knew was 100% different (3 staff members quit within my first week!). The director, co-director, and teachers had all quit. Some of the new teachers were nice but it was sad leaving my baby to different people every week. The district director forces them to over-enroll, putting added stress on the teachers and making them quit.Beyond the high turnover, there was never enough staff and the ratios are always illegal. I'd arrive 1-2h after they open and sometimes there wouldn't be an infant teacher there and someone would have to step in. When picking up my baby, there were typically 2 teachers and about 10 kids? Hard to count with so many in one room! They recently sent a message to parents asking for volunteers to keep their kids home...with no offer to reimburse tuition. They need serious help.TLDR: high turnover, illegal ratios, not enough staff, over-enrolling

This place has been amazing for our son. He's made great friends and his teachers are so good. Only dropped 1 star because the staff turnover has been pretty high which makes it hard to have consistency for us and our son. But all the new teachers they've hired have been great!

I'm very disappointed with the communication for the past few months. The beginning of the summer they mentioned to me that they might end the school age program due to not enough enrollment. And by the end of the summer/ when school starts, my son will pretty much age out. I'm like cool. I'll plan no daycare when school starts. This past Friday they call the last three school ages kid's parents and said it's their last day here at KinderCare. Without any notice! Not only that they called late afternoon when daycare's around my area were starting to close for the weekend, they decided to do this on an holiday weekend, so I'm stressed out trying to find care for my son because I have to work. They really couldn't give us by the end of the month to find another care??? It's just one week away. I'm a single mom and started a new job and this was stress I did not need!

Little to no management organization when it comes to the importance of maintaining consistency and structure with the children.I gave Kylie-director the benefit of the doubt when I've been ensured that staffing issues were going to be fixed, preschool program/curriculum was going to be up and running consistently. Nothing has been fulfilled- my 3 year old had to tell me his teacher mr. Thomas showed aggression and anger. I have missed so many days of work because my son will get sick and parents take their children sick- and they accept kids. My son just caught hand foot and mouth for the second time. Are appropriate actions being taken to help detain sicknesses and keep them at minimum? Absolutely not.They'll teach the 3 year old curriculum MAYBE 1-2 out of the month if they feel like it.Teachers do NOT have the appropriate training nor support from their management- no wonder you have teachers taking it out in children. Dangerous much?. The place smells and stinks and there are some great classes, and some very very sweet teachers in other classrooms. But wheres the consistency with the 3 year old class ? NOPE. it has been MONTHS that things have been like this and nothing improves or changes. And it is not worth my child's safety.They charge me $1,100.00 MONTHLY and provide below average care, overall well being and safety of the children is NOT cared about.

I enjoyed working there, however the Director was rarely in her office! She told untruths about the ability to obtain direct deposit! She said that paper checks were not available! I resigned my position because I felt that I was volunteering my time!

I am so impressed with KinderCare's continued support despite an ongoing Pandemic. They remain professional and supportive to families. I love the daily updates and pictures and the activities they plan to include at the infant and toddler level.

We love KinderCare (Sandy location) so much. These people are so professional and they truly care about the children; their safety, education, growth, development. Every staff member is super friendly and welcoming. Melonyi and Heidi are gems. They are very accommodating and address any concerns right away in the best way possible. We started there when my daughter was 18 months old and now she is 3! She has been loving it there and is looking forward to see her teachers and friends everyday. Also, unlike so many other centers, we love how the food is made from scratch and is not junk nor highly processed. In addition, we appreciate how they have handled the pandemic so far despite all its hardship. If you are looking for childcare, look no further! This is the place and your child will be in best hands!

We love this place so much!! Melonyi and Heidi are amazing!! Our son has been going here since he was 3 months old, he is currently 13 months. When I drop him off he always smiles and walks right in, makes this momma leave for work and start her day with a smile!! We are moving next month and SO sad to leave them!! If you are a new parent looking for daycare, this is the place!! Trust me, i looked at A LOT of facilities...i highly recommend sandy Kindercare!!
