If I could leave no stars I would. Shady outfit. Take your money to order parts and do repairs and then ghost you. Trying to get money back. No one to speak to locally only over seas answering service. Beware, they are only after your money not interested in helping you.

I expected 2cdifferent repair people because I needed help with both the washer and the dryer. The repair service people send it would requirec2 different appointments. When my technician arrived, he said he would be able to handle both of my service needs, this was very much appreciated.

Honestly I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. They have been supposedly fixing my dryer since July. They order parts, but then say they didn’t get delivered so they can reschedule the appointment (after they cancel without letting me know) past when we pay the monthly fee. This cycle has happened multiple times. We should have bought a new dryer. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! This “warranty program” is a scam!!!!

Austin came today as our Sear Service Tech and looked at our needs, gave us a breakdown of the problem and quoted us a repair price. He was professional and to the point while helping us understand our options.

Melissa H. Was very good. Friendly, informative and seemed to have the knowledge to do the repair efficiently. During the past month that I have been requesting repair service, the 3 service tech’s that have been here were great. I can’t say that about the people at 1-800- 4 my home. They were NOT helpful at all. The part that was needed took 3 weeks to arrive and the many times I called about it, there didn’t seem to be any help from them or urgency to track it down. A rating for them would be 0.

Dave was super and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was well prepared with necessary parts He had on hand in his truck that Sears failed to give him and I had to wait an extra week for parts to arrive. Thank you Dave.

Sears appliance repair was fantastic. The technician did a great job ordering parts. He was pleasant to work with. He was earlier than scheduled. It was just a pleasant experience from the start very professional. I would not have it any other way they were fantastic!!!

A simple fix of a bearing that popped off. Tech was to the point near with the job and allowed me to clean the interior of my dryer! Great job
