While regularly visiting Sandy Branch Kaitlyn Griffis has always asked me about my insurance portfolio and the last time I evaluated it. After much deliberation, I decided to meet with Kaitlyn to evaluate my insurance coverages. Kaitlyn was very friendly during this review after a review of my coverages, Kaitlyn was able to save me approximately $300 per month on my auto coverages, and approximately $200 per month on my homeowners coverage. The process was quick and efficient. Kaitlyn was able to present the information and benefits of coverages on each policy in a clear and understandable manner. Leaving the branch, I felt confident that Kaitlyn was looking out for my best interests and getting me the best possible coverage. I was so confident and happy with the process that I referred my daughter and her husband to meet with Kaitlyn for their insurance needs. I will continue to meet with Kaitlyn moving forward for any insurance needs.

Security Service - Sandy Branch, what a great credit union. Why do I love and appreciate them, because they respect and help me with all my banking needs. Over the years, they have provided us with services from checking, investing and car loans. Their staff is remarkable. Always providing great customer service, and the personal touch that make me feel like I am part of their family. That is why I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fantastic credit union/bank.

Shawn at SSFCU is fantastic to work with. Everyone there is so professional and on top of it. I just signed on an auto loan and I truly was in and out in 15 minutes. They are head and shoulders above other credit unions in terms of knowledge and customer experience.

I have been a member here since 1985. The branch manager, Jonathan, and his team give outstanding service. Recently I ran into a hiccup in obtaining a HELOC through their Texas mortgage division. Jonathan bridged the gap and facilitated a successful outcome along with a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team at the Sandy SSFCU branch!

Update:
I am very happy to say that my issue has been resolved. I recognize that this problem was not this particular location/manager's fault, but the branch manager still took the time to reach out and talk through the problem. He was kind, understanding, and was able to give us further resources to deal with the problem. Lesson learned: go to your local branch and they will help.
Old:
I have several issues with Security Service, but my biggest issue is that their system messed up my payments, reported me as delinquent and dropped my credit score 100 points. After calling them THREE times I was told that the two agents I spoke to prior failed to give me the correct information to rectify their systems mistake and now I'm stuck disputing my credit.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the kind and helpful service I received yesterday at SSFCU. Angelica provided an incredible experience, taking the time to help us get a great deal on an auto loan when my previous credit union was unable to work with the dealership. She even got our rate to a lower percentage than what we’d originally been planning for! It’s clear that this branch cares about its members. Although the process was lengthy, Angelica took the extra time to explain our financial options and accommodate to our situation with the kindness you’d usually reserve for a close friend. I’m very happy about the solution we reached, and am so grateful to be a new member at the Sandy SSFCU Branch.

I really enjoy going to my Sandy Utah branch of SSFCU...Shawn, Jonathan, Vanessa, Angelica and Brian make up a fabulous team of associates. Get this, earlier this year when I mourned the loss of a friend...this awesome team signed a card and expressed their condolences!
So, I really do feel like a member. These guys know my name, they know who I am, they are my friends. And... It's a safe place to handle my financial needs and transactions.

I love this CREDIT UNION, I have been banking here for many years and every single employee treat you like family. They have helped me with so many concerns and you are not a number, you are friend in a very good place! I highly recommend this Credit Union to everybody!!!

SSFCU is always an amazing bank to work with because the people I have spoken to always genuinely care about my wellbeing and want to help. Angelica sat down with me for an hour and a half yesterday and even stayed after closing for a few minutes just to ensure I was taken care of. Thank you guys for everything!

This location is amazing!! If I can give 10 stars I will. Lol. ?
Every time my husband and I come here, we’re welcomed by the staffs with a smile and they are very friendly. Very fast too! We’ve been an account holder here for a long time now.. mainly my husband and his dad.. but we just opened our joint account and even if we got there 30 mins before they close, which I am very sorry about that, Jonathan Neff was just sweet and amazing to help us without even second thinking it! ???
10/10 for their customer service and 100/100 highly recommended to open an account here.
