Amazing experience! They were all so SO helpful with deciding what paint line and sheen would be best for my vision and situation. The machine had a little incident while mixing one of my colors and they still managed to match it perfectly and gave me a discount for the inconvenience and some roller brushes. Both employees I worked with were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely come here for future painting needs!

Unhelpful staff that didn't know how to mix stain and told me to go to another store.
This is my second time leaving this store because of poor knowledge and customer service.
Normally Sherwin Williams has fabulous knowledge and customer service. Not this location. Go elsewhere.

My company spends thousands of dollars at sherwin weekly. Because of Robs very poor customer service , I will never be going to this store again. He doesn’t know how to talk to people with respect. Keep him in the back mixing paint so you don’t lose sales

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to match paint color exactly to touch up old cabinet paint and paint new cabinets and moldings to match. Customer service was A++. Much better place to get paint than all the big box hardware stores.

We went to this store with exact paint sample bottle and we asked them to match. They gave a different shade, with that we can see the paint patches on the wall. We have two gallons of paint unopened, but they won't take returns even with receipt and also within one week after we bought. Very UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. I would advise not to visit this store anytime.

I had an order sent up here from another store. Although the order was incorrect, Savannah fixed it quickly. She was eager to help and seemingly knowledgeable about the products. My paint order from start to finish was less than ten minutes. Thanks for the great service!

Went here after receiving poor service at the 9400 s location. Walked in and the building was empty. Called out for someone and no one came out. Good thing I'm an honest person. Could have literally walked out with anything I wanted.
