Third time is the charm. Couldn't get service at two other locations, one had poor service the other no service (literally couldn't find anyone). Rambo came to the desk as soon as we walked in and took care of us. He was fast and friendly.

This 5 star review is for your employee, Savanna (according to the name on my receipt). I came in today, 2/8, and Savanna did a color match for me for our ceiling which is a Kwal product that is no longer made. I’ve come in before trying to get it matched, but the color was way off, so I wanted to see if I still had the bucket at home to bring in (instead of the sample I had). My husband threw away the old bucket, so I went back again today with low expectations. The last time I came in, the 2 girls working didn’t seem to have very much knowledge about the products, but Savanna was very knowledgeable, helpful and knew that the whitest ceiling paint SW has wouldn’t be white enough. So, she custom mixed a blend that was impressively close to my sample (so close, that when I got home I can’t really distinguish where she painted on top of my white).Not only was she knowledgeable with the paint match, but she also seemed to genuinely care and her customer service was something you rarely find anymore. We bought a 15k sqft house a couple years ago and have slowly been updating all the rooms to our taste, so I shop for paint frequently. I’ve mostly been going to a competitor, but Savanna is the type of employee that has changed my loyalty so that I will start coming here for future paint. One more thing that I’d like to add, is that she is the type of employee that I’d hire for my own business. Someone with her type of character and work mentality is likely to go far in life, and she’s the type of employee you’d be lucky to have.

Megan went the extra mile in helping find the product we needed. It wasn’t in stock kn Sandy, but she called around until she found another Sherwin Williams store that could help us.
