Bought an old house in 2022. Owners had drywalled up a skylight. We had a leak in the skylight after torrential rains and because more rain was forecasted we contacted many roofers who said they were too busy. We contacted Skylight Solutions and Bob responded right away and sent Rocky to assess the situation. Total mess on the roof around the skylight. It should have been removed and the area roofed over. Rocky came back around 6pm after setting up their area for the Home Show this weekend 10/10-12/25. Caulked all the cracks in the roof and around the skylight to get us through the coming rains. We will have them come back to remove the skylight and roof the area after the Home Show. If you’re going to the Home Show check out their booth. Really good people to deal with and know their stuff. Highly Recommend.

Above and beyond service for a more than reasonable price. Rocky in particular found a hole in our roof and ran to the store to get new shingles and patch it before a storm hit. Literally I was writing him a check when the rain hit. Management give that man a raise!

We got several bids and their bid was SO much lower than the others (without exaggeration, almost half as much) that I was skeptical and did extensive due diligence - checking references and talking to the owner more than once.
We decided to go with them -- and they were fantastic! Would highly recommend!
Note: there were some poor, older reviews and I asked the owner directly about that. He told me he had reacquired the company and things had changed. He was right. High quality products, efficient work, and great customer service.

Our roofing company recommended Skylight Solution Systems. We got three bids to replace our skylights and their price was the best. We were really happy with their service. The install team was great! They were very conscientious and took great care to leave our home clean. The install was quick and they arrived on time. I highly recommend this company.

We were getting a new roof and the company quote for a skylight seemed high, so a friend told us to call Skylight Solutions Systems. Bob was so responsive to our call, gave us a quote for literally 1/3 of the roofing company’s cost and was ready to install as soon as we wanted. When our roofers were delayed, Bob was awesome even though we had to reschedule a few times. Finally, today was the day and look at the difference! It’s completely changed the look and feel of the upstairs. Rocky (our installer) was friendly, clean, and FAST! Start to finish install time was almost exactly 45 minutes. I would recommend Skylight Solutions Systems without reservation.

We had a really good experience with Skylight Solutions Systems. We have used them for skylights twice now and have been really happy with the final product. The skylights add so much light to our home. I appreciate that they made sure we were completely satisfied with how things turned out and I would recommend using them.

About 8 years ago we upgraded 3 skylights to VELUX windows. All was great until we had our roof replaced a few months ago. Roofers removed and replaced the skylights and made a real mess of the job. I contacted Skylight Solutions Systems on a Friday afternoon and received a response in a matter of minutes. They had two technicians stop by to inspect before noon the next day (Saturday!). They checked out the work the roofers had done and took videos and pictures that they shared with us and explained in detail what the problems were and what it will take to fix them.
We were very pleased with their response. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We're awaiting their estimate and plan on having Skylight Solutions make the needed repairs.

Since the Skylight Solution Systems ownership changed, I have not gotten any response from from the new owner, Tristen, for a problem we have. We're getting bugs in our skylights because it's not sealed well enough. Despite several attempts by phone and text I've not heard a word from him. I would not recommend this company because of the terrible customer service to existing customers. I would put 0 stars, but that's not an option.

Communication was horrible, constantly had to ask for updates and follow up to know what was happening and thier schedule. Their framer didn't frame the opening right and will have to fix it myself. All they want is the money, they don't care about quality.

I had a 10” sun tunnel made by VELUX installed in a dark bathroom for $700. It has brought a lot of light into the space. I think the quality of the light looks more like that from an LED though rather than sunlight coming from a window. That is a little disappointing. Hopefully, I’ll get used to that in the coming days.
No issues with the installers. Communication with the small company was not great though. Usually had to leave a message and wait for them to call back. Sometimes, the voice mail was full. That isn’t acceptable. There was a lack of communication around the installation day and time as well. No proactive communication from the company. I had to keep calling and was about to cancel the whole effort out of frustration. It was Monday (no product) then Tuesday (no communication), then Wednesday (weather) and finally was done on Thursday. It’s an area that needs real improvement.

I wanted to give a good review but I just can't. Many years ago they put in a skylight for me so I called them again. I don't know what happened to this business, but it went from good to THE WORST. The owner "BOB" gave me a quote over the phone. Bob has never come to our home to inspect the job or find out if his workers are doing what they should or to have any face to face communication with us or any paperwork whatsoever. He sent a guy over to install the skylight on June 1st. The installer didn't center the skylight in the hallway, and it just looked wrong. After a LONG TIME, Bob sent a guy over to fix it - but now he wants to CHARGE ME EXTRA for that. We have been waiting for someone to finish up the sheetrock. Today is August 26th and still, nobody has called me to make an appointment to finish that job. This skylight has taken almost 3 months and it is still not done. Poor communication, very poor customer service, and Bob charges you extra just to get your job done right if you aren't satisfied. To all of our Law Enforcement and Military colleagues out there, just a friendly heads up, don't call this company.** Update, September 23rd. They FINALLY came and finished this project. JUNE 1 - SEPTEMBER 23RD. That is a LONG time toget one project finished.

Had high hopes with this company but they had almost zero communication with me, left trash everywhere inside the house, filled up my trash cans, and left a fire hazard in my attic. Luckily I’m an electrician and double checked their work for the wiring of the sun tunnel. It was wired completely wrong and they just spliced it in the attic with no junction box which worries me that they’re doing this in other peoples homes without them knowing.
