I am a prescriber, i called in for a feline patient and the pharmacist was requesting a NPI (vets do not have these) i tried to explain and told her i could give her a license number, she began arguing and asking for an NPI or a dea (it was not a controlled so i repeated i could only give a license number) she refused to take it and when i asked for her name she hung up.

The pharmacists and all the staff are incredible. They are kind and helpful. I appreciate there knowledge and their willingness to explain things and answer my questions.

The pharmacist openly discussed my sensitive medical info in front of other customers. She had made an error. Extremely rude and in violation of HIPAA. I had to uncover her error myself because she was to lazy or unconcerned to figure it out.

Pharmacists work diligently to get prescriptions reorders and with insurers to get the best possible price. Staff is always professional and welcoming.

The most unfriendly staff not all but most of these people who work here are extremely rude they act as if they hate their job. If you don’t like your job, then quit I moved pharmacies because of the rude staff.

Koffe (I’m probably slaughtering the spelling and I apologize) is the man!! All the staff are incredibly kind, hardworking, and go out of their way to put the customer first. Best pharmacy I’ve been to.

Friendliness is not their priorityTried again today, still the most unfriendly, unhelpful, unapologetic people. If you don’t like your job please quit. Clearly Smiths does not care because nothing has changed for months.

If I could give them no stars, I literally would. This place is an absolute joke. They are some of the rudest people I have ever come into contact with. Stella, Fatima and Bonnie are very rude and not helpful at all. Will never use this location again.

Went to get vaccines. Made an appointment. Got there and they said they didn’t have an appointment for me, I wasn’t in their system (even though I’ve used this pharmacy before) and they said I didn’t have insurance despite me providing them with my insurance card.

Cashiers are mostly good except for Judy who in an empty grocery store acted annoyed and rude that I dared try to checkout. Had a bunch of water at the bottom of the cart that usually people just scan. She insisted that I bring all the waters to her and put them back instead of just scanning them. I know it's something small but it was just such a rude experience as she lectured me about it for the next 5 minutes.

They told me my prescription wasn’t ready and it would take 25 minutes so I just waited. When I got back they told me they actually couldn’t refill it yet. Wish they would have told me that before I waited.
