I used the online scheduling to make the appointment which was super easy and much more convenient. The Dr. listened to my concerns and gave me great advice and help. I was very happy with the whole process.

The Dr was great. The PA was great. I got a pneumonia shot, blood drawn and a checkup all with no pain.

The Dr is great and it's a shame that because of the new AI technology I can't even get ahold of the actual office. I had to drive 45 min to three different locations to get immunization records just for getting my daughter into school and still have to find out if she needs more shots before going to school. I hope people start to realize that Drs and hospitals are not for saving lives, we all pay outrageous prices for educated guesses. It's a job to make an above average living. That's it!

Margaret Baldwin is an incredible provider. My mom sister and I have seen her for many many years. Because of insurance we had to find a new provider but I will miss seeing her. I always felt like she took care of all of us so well and I am so grateful for the time we had her as our provider. Would 100% recommend her! She was my provider as a teenager all they way to when I became a nurse. Have always been impressed by her ❤️

I have been going to this clinic for about 25 years. I haven't been there for over three years because fortunately I have good health. During the over three year period I didn't need to go to the clinic the doctor I saw for years left the clinic. I have an urgent need to see a doctor so I can get a referral to see a specialist. Because I've been healthy and the doctor I used to see is no longer at the clinic I'm considered a new patient and can't get an appointment for four months. Ridiculous! I was told I was considered a new patient to the new doctor. Absurd! The doctor is new to the clinic not me! What a pathetic policy IHC has instituted! Unbelievable! The woman that helped me was completely unsympathetic and rude. I can't understand why a long term patient at the clinic would be treated so poorly. It's obvious they could care less about me or my medical needs. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr.Hoffman is a stellar physician and all of his staff are very professional. They treat you with respect and dignity through any and all appointments. I’ve been seeing them since 2018 and would highly recommend this clinic and Dr.Hoffman to serve as your primary care provider.

I find everyone at this clinic to be comprehensive and helpful. They follow up and get back to you. It is difficult to get an appointment the same day and they often referred you to Instcare but they do their very best. I have gone to this clinic for about 15 yrs., and gotten good care.

As always Dr.Hoffman's staff has their act together. Virtually no waiting at all. I signed in and within a minute or two a staff member came to take me back to weigh,temperature,and oxygen sensor on the index finger. Directly from there to the exam room and another staff member came and took 2 tubes of blood and off she went. Dr.Hoffman was in the room within seconds and did the yearly physical asked me questions,made sure I had answers to my questions and out the door I went. This is how a doctors office is suppose to operate,no delays,efficiency, to the point and answer the patients questions. THANKS TO Dr.H and his entire staff it's always a pleasant experience. M.G.

As well as being efficient they are the friendliest staff. Dr. Shaplow is great and takes her time to address your concerns. Her nurse is a jewel.

I looove this clinic. I've gone here since 1997. I am blown away at the care I get from the providers. Margaret Baldwin. Is top notch! She is very thorough, kind, & understanding. Marcy at the front desk has superior customer service skills. I love seeing her. And Barb, left but she was a fantastic care nurse. I can't say enough good things about my care team.

Best clinic. Very trustworthy and make me feel like they care and want the best. I’ve been seeing Dr. Schaplow for the last 6 years and she is my absolute favorite! She is very personable and caring. the staff is awesome and lindsey is the best! recently saw margaret and she was great! very nice and overall just good to see. Although going to the dr isn’t always fun I do enjoy getting to see them.

I’ve been a patient here off and on, the only time I wasn’t when they weren’t accepting new patience. I used to drive from Idaho to see Dr Goodger. Then my husband found Dr White and I tried two years+ to get on with him but to no avail. Then he told me a new Doctor was coming in from New Mexico and I asked Dr White every time I went with my husband to an appt. He finally arrived and with knowledge from Dr White I signed up as a new patient and a am sooooooooo happy I did. I’ve seen a lot of bad doctors bedside manor and I’ve seen the good ones and finally I found another great one. Thanks Dr C for being a very caring Doctor. I believe you either have it or you don’t. Again Thank you South Sandy Clinic for hiring great Dr’s and staff. Thanks Tyler for going above on my concern.
