Only giving 5-stars because you changed management & finally laid off Chris, the previous GM. Long overdue. Your previous management was driving that dealership and staff into the ground. Everyone is cheering that Dan has taken over, and the store morale has improved 10-fold with Dan! You’ll have previous customers returning again. 🙌🏻 SouthValley is back!

Ordered some bolts 3 weeks ago. I ended up finding them at Lowe’s. Waited around to get the text that my bolts came in so I could pick them up and return them. Weeks passed by and I heard nothing, I even called a few times and the guys said they had nothing. Finally went in to see what was going on and they said they’ve been in the back for a while. I ask to if I can return them and I got told I couldn’t. Terrible service as well, I took my sporty in to get the clutch basket replaced and they had to call me to ask what to do with a dead battery. Really disappointed with everything, bikes here are far to expensive, parts guys don’t seem care much :(

These guys are a clown show. I took my motorcycle into them for a carburetor problem and a 5000 mile service. The original bid was $1800 but by the time I could get out of there with my Harley it had gone up to $2670. They up sold me to brake fluid, flush rear master cylinder rebuild, and the carburetor problem they fixed by putting in a carburetor kit and then telling me it didn’t work and now I need to buy a new carburetor. The work they did was a joke. When I finally got up and took it to another shop, the mechanic there told me that the rear cylinder spark plug wire was not connected to either the coil or the spark plug. The choke was not connected to the carburetor. The carburetor had a jet in it that was Too big and flooding the engine with gas. I took it back once they charged me $12.75 for two new spark plugs because the spark plugs that they had put in as part of the service had gotten foul due to the fuel dump that their carburetor repair caused. If I could say to anybody that owns a Harley do not for any reason even in a emergency do not take your motorcycle to this shop

I purchased a bike from Chris the sales guy. He sold me a 2017 iron 883 with 6,693 miles on it. The check engine light came on at 6,697 miles. Josh, the maintenance supervisor told me to bring it in, pretty much told me I was lying about the check engine light. Had to pull up emails showing I wasn't. Then he had his shop guy look at it. And he told me that the light is on because it has a stage 1 upgrade exhaust and air intake. But doesn't have a stage 1 dyno tune. Pretty wild . Anywho im in the process of filing a claim through Intermountain harley davidson for careless sales by Chris and atrocious customer service by Josh. Hopefully you have a better experience. Especially if you're buying your first bike for $10,000

I came in with my dad. While he was getting parts I was browsing and got a few things. The cashier Pine was super friendly and was very easy to talk to. I would definitely come back just because of the experience!
