I was able to get a service appointment little wait time. The technician gave me necessary info so I could make knowledgeable choices. Car was washed and test driven at conclusion. Battery was low on one key fob and they changed out both keys as a courtesy.

Purchased my 2025 Mazda 3 premium plus model at this location the customer service was excellent. Fast forward a few months and I have taken it back for some slight body damage and a headlight out, I want to give a shout out to “Kevin Rivas” in the service department dropped my vehicle off and was able to get me into a loaner vehicle with no issues. When the body shop brought my car back, there were some spots he said “he didn’t like” he put himself in my shoes and sent the car back to get finished to standard and I really appreciate him doing that. You don’t get honesty and integrity a lot of times at service departments etc. this will be my goto place for the life of my Mazda. Thank you again Kevin your awesome

I had a great experience here! I worked with Nat and Sofia, they were amazing. They got me the price I wanted and beat my APR! Definitely recommend this dealership, they were super attentive and personable. I absolutely love my car!

There's insufficient space for the disappointment i have experienced with 2 Tim Dahle shops lm pretty certain that I will avoid taking a car to a Tim Dahle shop. I won't recommend you either.

Was communicated a different deal over the phone and when I went to the dealership it was a whole lot different saying that some Employee Offer got expired. Would have expected better management here. Disappointed after travelling 45 miles for nothing

Just picked up a Mazda CX-50 from Mazda Southtowne and had an awesome experience thanks to Brock. From start to finish he was super chill, easy to talk to, and never once made it feel like a typical “car salesman” experience (which deserves bonus points alone).
He answered all my questions, explained the CX-50 without turning it into a TED Talk, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I actually enjoyed buying a car… which feels illegal to say.
If you’re going to Mazda Southtowne, do yourself a favor and ask for Brock. Great guy, great dealership, and I’m loving the CX-50. Highly recommend!
