Absolutely love this Place! I’ve always been in such great care with this team!Purchasing a vehicle is smooth! Servicing your vehicle is simple and easy to set up.Was a little sad to find out my service advisor who had always taken care of me for years had left.. but, since then I’ve been in Andrews care and he has taken amazing care of me and my cars. From servicing my perfectly fine paid off car to basically in the door buying a Brand new car that day! * So I would recommend keeping Andrew happy here at Tim Dahle..

Some words to describe my wasted evening at this dealership include: rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. It's hard to decide if the hidden fees or the snide remarks were more off putting, but one certainty is that I won't be going back.After asking over and over why the quoted monthly payment was so high compared to what it should have been, we finally found out there were $2,000 of hidden fees and were told "if you don't also buy this $4,500 warranty, there's no deal." So the online price of $16,500 somehow turned into a total financed amount of $23,500.It had been 5 hours at the dealership and we were halfway through signing the papers when we finally got that answer. Naturally, we said we wanted to think about it for a minute because that was a lot more than we had planned for and were told "that's fine. This car is already sold tomorrow at 11:00. So if you don't buy it now, it's gone."So.... we happily left! Don't really have FOMO for a bad deal; but, good luck to the people going to buy it tomorrow at 11:00. Hopefully they don't have to pay the extra $7,000.

This dealership is very deceitful and a bunch lies do not do business with them I purchased a 2018 Escalade with about 45k miles on it so this is what the car came with that I had shipped to me when it got to my house. *The contract I signed had about 45k miles not almost 52k miles, for me that more than a years worth of driving. *The windshield is cracked which I think was deliberately not disclosed until the very last minute when transport arrived and they said they'd cordonate with safe lite to fix. *A sizable hole in the driver side carpet. *The right rear door on the passenger side gets stuck when you open it. *The rims are scuffed up pretty bad.*The back top tail light doesn't work and is filled with water. *The left head rest on the 3rd row seats is broken.*The carpet between the 2nd row and 3 row is not secure and flaps up.*There is what looks like 2 cigarette or lighter burns on the same door that is difficult to open on the arm rest, *The car also smells like mold/mildew. *The arm rest behind the driver side is extremely hard to lift up put down and has a size able hole on the side of it. *Not all the tires are matching. * The leather is more worn than my 2009 with over double the miles on it.*The air vent in the 3rd row top on the left side is broken so I can't control it back there for my kids. * There is gum in the corner of the driver side hand rail where the window panels are at that is stuck to the side. * Cracks on both sides of the Captain seats in the back.*Numerous dents, dings, holes and scratches around the vehicle. *There is plastic sticking out of the top of the TV/Nav screen. I haven't had a chance to check all the outlets and chargers, the computer components to make sure those are all properly functioning, as I've been very busy with work, my grandmother funeral and my sons bday so I'm hoping to do that today so it's possible I still find more underlying issues that were not disclosed to me. Yet I was charged something like 2800 for a "car wellness package to ensure the car had all working components to it." They said my vehicle wasn't in expected condition? First off I'm not a mechanic your dealership has working mechanics, my car is mechanically sound, and looks good so we can do tit for tat cause the one I bought is far worse in condition "than I expected" and it's only 5 years old my car is 15 years old the wear and tear on my vehicle is expected and nothing out of the ordinary for a vehicle of its age. I've been calling and texting and they don't want to respond I'm returning this vehicle and never do business with a Tim Dahle dealership ever again!!!

I was looking for a very specific type of car, but I don't have the best credit. I went in to Tim Dahle Mazda and Kaden helped us find the right car for my family. He was patient and worked to get the loan, payment and down we wanted. I'd recommend Tim Dahle and Kaden, for sure! We love our new Honda.

This was my first time buying a car at Tim Dahle Mazda. I had the most wonderful car buying experience! I had a newer Honda and was looking to trade in for a Tesla to try and save money for my long daily commutes. Juan helped me for at least 2 weeks while I went back and forth trying to decide what car I was going to buy. He was very patient with me, and I felt no pressure at any time. When I finally decided, Juan was out of the office & Brandon, Mykel & Jake helped me finalize the deal. They were a great team & all went above and beyond and made everything as easy as possible. I highly recommend Tim Dahle Mazda Southtowne! Thanks so much to all you guys! I’m loving my new car!

Best service around!! The people are genuinely why I keep coming back!! The facility is so clean and well kept!! The service techs are some of the best In the business. Anytime I go in with a question they don’t treat me like I should know.My top favorite part is the 360 check point video and the request section. I always know what’s been done or being done to my car and they are so great with updates!!!

I bought a used Nissan from this dealership, and this is my first experience of buying a car in the United States, as I am from another country. Before getting into here, some dealerships at somewhere else was not really interested in me because I was just looking for a budget friendly options. However, this place was super friendly to me. While taking a look at the whole dealership to look for some cars, Adam took a lot of effort to find me the best option. Chris served me with his best while on paperwork and the DMV registration. Finance managers were also friendly and generous. Their service center also serviced my nissan for free, even though mine is not Mazda. Overall, they took care of me well even though I am just a foreigner with short English, looking for a cheap ride only for a year or two. I will visit here again when there are some issues with my car and when I sell this back later, and get another one if I need to stay longer in the state. Thank you all!

Dustin was the best in helping me with my trade-in and ultimately a lease on a 2024 Mazda CX-50. He provided great education on how a lease works as I'd never leased before with drawings of graphs to help me understand the terminology too. We looked at a variety of vehicles before choosing "the one" and I would recommend him to anyone.

We love our experience going into this dealership every time. We always get top notch service (as we did today with our service technician Nick), and it’s wonderful to know that our care is being taken care of. We love getting our videos explaining our car’s service. Everyone we talk to is knowledgeable, friendly, and straight forward when it comes to service. Nick took the time to talk with us about the more extensive things our car will need, and when he would recommend getting it done. He even washed our car for us! Waiting in the dealership is always great too, as they have waters and coffee available to anyone who wants it. The only downside I’ve ever seen when visiting this dealership is the same issue you’ll get anytime you get your new car serviced: it’s a little pricey. Overall, amazing service as always. Well worth the drive to this location.

I’ve never had a better experience than I have at Tim Dahle Dealership. This experience has made me actually excited about being a car owner. All the guys are so nice and helpful (and patient with new cars owner like me!) Ben in finance is awesome and very good at his job. Andrew in service is the BEST. And Ruben was so wonderful helping me find my dream car in sales. The whole dealerships attitudes are wonderful. I would recommend Mazda and Tim Dahle to anyone!

Purchased a CX-5 and had great help from the sales guy, Phoenix, and the floor manager at the time. The experience lessened when it came to talk to the finance guy who pushed their extended warranty over and over again during signing. After not signing the warranty, and completing the paperwork his attitude seemed to care less as we left the office. I had to go back and ask where our keys were so we could leave with our new car.Overall, simple and easy process to buy a car, but a little more care would be appreciated.

This is the best car buying experience I ever had! Everyone was so helpful, patient and very knowledgeable about the car I finally picked. Caleb, our salesman let me test drive what- ever car I wanted to try out, and answered all my questions about each one. Got a great deal and helping our planet by going going electric! Love Tim dahle dealerships, they treat you like family!

We recently bought a 2015 Honda from this dealership and everyone was very nice and they were willing to work with us and our budget. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication before we made our deal and there were some sneaky fees that we weren’t expecting and quite honestly would have opted out of if we had been made aware of them. Other than that our experience has been good.
