i am kinda baffled at my experience here because spencers are usually really nice all around. i will agree with another review that they don’t open at the time they say. says 10 but its 12 on sundays. i usually buy all my nose jewelry from spencer’s because it’s convenient and it’s usually like $7-10 for a pack of a few piercings. i picked a pack of simple gold nose rings and the total was $37… i was so surprised. before that i was basically ridiculed and was told to buy this cleaning solution for my piercing (i’ve had it for like 10 years i do not clean it anymore besides water when i wash my face) and she seemed upset when i told her i didn’t want the piercings anymore. i apologized but i am not paying almost $40 for 6 nose rings:/

BE AWARE!If you are exchanging jewelry, you must exchange it into the same priced jewelry. The store will not allow you to exchange it even if you want to exchange it into a lower priced jewelry. My wife needed to buy unnecessary jewelry to exchange lower priced jewelry. Disappointed at best.

Store is not open when it says it would be. Maps reads that they open at 10am. It's 10:15am and they are not open.

I won't patronize any Spencer's again, after finding out that if you pay cash and have to return an item it's store credit only. I would like to know why. If you take cash you should give it back for a return. Sounds and seems dishonest. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon, that's pretty much where their sub-par inventory comes from anyway.

decided to finally switch to a maternity belly ring and it was perfect timing since i was able to get a free jewelry. there was only 2 that i saw that were not the cutest and when i asked the guy if they had more and he said no and then later found out they had a full pack of them at the VERY bottom of the section like what pregnant person is going to be able to fully bend down to see that?? and then they stopped accepting punch cards which is convenient, they switched to digital and had to download a whole app that literally did not work, it wouldn’t let me create an account that i tried working w for 45 mins smh and no one did anything to help
