This store has the worst customer service in the state of Utah! Everyone is constantly on their cell phones with complete disregard to the customers! You're not acknowledged when you're at the counter. It's like pulling teeth to have them actually use the computers to look for a part! I came in asking for a part and they said oh we don't have it. I then asked do you even know what part this is. They are lazy and simply just don't care! No one wonder this place has 2.5 stars. The unwillingness to help or do their job clearly shows!

Went for some water hose faucet repair parts (not knowing what parts actually needed)... well 2 gentlemen, (1 named Mark Young and the other I didn't get the name of), at the Kohler counter knew exactly what parts, (faucet repair kit), were needed and was out of there within 5 minutes. (Literally went to 3 other places and no one knew what parts we even had). Highly recommend if you need actual help. They were very knowledgeable on what we needed and helped so much!

Customer service here played out almost like a Saturday Night Live skit, and not in a good way. Employees refuse to make eye contact hoping they won't be asked to help. Ask them to find a part and they say "I don't think we have that," then finally go off and find it. Try to return something and they accuse you of not buying it there, EVEN WITH THE RECEIPT ATTACHED RIGHT TO IT. One gentleman behind the counter, when approached, simply shook his head and pointed at someone else. Despite all of them apparently not being engaged in doing anything at all, helping customers was the last thing on their minds. That they are able to sell any plumbing supplies, at prices that are much higher than all competitors, seems the greatest miracle of all.

Their customer service is AWFUL!!!!! I have been on hold trying to get a hold of Alexis and she never answers. The individual who does answer is unhelpful, indicates "I paged her" but doesn't offer to do anything to help address my issue. Really disappointing how they treat their customers. Even after I ask for the name of the individual on the phone, they refuse to give it to me. I find it really odd. I am simply trying to track down an item we purchased that appears to be missing.One guy said, "I could have her call you back" when I asked "what is the likelihood she will call back?" His response was "she probably won't"He also said, "Yeah, I can see her (Alexis) she looks pretty busy getting stuff."Didn't offer to go over and talk with her and see if she could take a call.The line disconnected three times after I was on hold for more than 7 minutes each time.

Not great. My mother-in-law bought and paid for a shower head over the phone, and this was the only location that had it available, so we had to drive two hours out of our way to pick it up. When I got there and gave them the order number, they told me they sold it to somebody else, and my only option was to get a refund. We won’t be buying from them again.To be fair, the people I did talk to were kind and tried to help, I’m not sure who exactly screwed up.

Amanda went above and beyond to help me with my Rheem water heater. She tracked down the parts I needed quickly (chamber sensor kit and gas valve), placed my order over the phone and put the parts outside for me. That may sound funny but my family is sick with COVID and I didn’t want to go into the store and risk getting anyone sick. Her customer service was outstanding! ?AMANDA, THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP TODAY. If it wasn’t for you, I wouldn’t have got the parts I needed to fix my water heater so my family had hot water on Christmas. With my baby girl being sick, I’m forever grateful for you! ?It’s hard to come across good help. WELL DONE!

I was worried coming here after seeing the bad reviews, but I had the BEST experience!! I was asked if I could be helped and directed to a very knowledgeable and helpful sales consultant. He gave me great prices and took all the time I needed. I changed my mind a couple times on what I wanted and he never got frustrated. I am very happy I came and would come back again and again.

We went in looking for a new kitchen sink/faucet. After waiting for over 20 minutes, we approached a sales person behind a desk and it greatly inconvenienced them to help us. They didn't have the first 5 options we wanted in stock and gave us no solutions like shipping or anything. They expected us to know the names of the faucets we wanted. We had to go to the displays and find those out. We felt like we were waisting the sales person's time. We decided to leave and spend our money somewhere else. The sales person was thrilled to see us go and continue chatting with their coworkers.

Needed a $1000 kitchen faucet. Salespeople more interested in talking to each other after I asked for help. So I bought the faucet online from Amazon while I stood waiting in the store.

Wrong part after wrong part after ineptitude and flat out lies, tried to call just now to get a question answered on the valve they sold us and got a brush off from an irritated sales person, the same sales person that’s responsible for all the screwup‘s. Instead of standing up and making it right they try making it feel like it’s my fault that they sold us wrong parts. It’s not like they do anything else, it’s an actual plumbing supply store, you would think they know what they were doing

I honestly have a tough time even giving this one star. The showroom is cool. Lots of great product to see. The back area however is full of people that absolutely suck. I went on memorial Day. The store wasn't that busy. There were four older men at the back desk and three younger people at the parts desk. I called ahead asking if they had a specific part. The guy that took the call was able to find what I needed and I said I would be right there. I was only maybe 10 minutes out. I never got his name. I showed up and approached the first man that I saw. He said it wasn't him, so I asked another guy. Wasn't him. Ask another guy. Wasn't him. There was a couple waiting to be checked out at the back desk. They had been standing there for a few minutes. This older guy was sitting on the stool facing the counter, like it was a bar. I honestly thought he was a customer until he turned around and said to the couple, do you guys need some help? Like, obviously. All of the old men were very dismissive to the other customers and even to me. When I told them that I spoke to somebody, they just shrugged their shoulders and the guy acting like norm from cheers, walked around the counter and went and set on a different bar stool on the other end. He then stood up did a lap around the immediate area, walked outside for a little bit, came back in, sat back down on the stool with his Bluetooth in. I went back a few days later to buy some more parts, a lot less employees, but they were having some sort of a party up front. The guy in the back said there was food for the customers. I ended up having to walk up front to ask for some help, and they were more concerned with the food and were ignoring me as well as two other people. Frankly, the service at this place is horrible. Nobody was at the true value desk tell my father look for something. He had to go to the other main desk at the entrance and she tried tracking somebody down. After being away for about 10 minutes, she came back and couldn't find anybody. It's a shame too. This is a cool store, but every employee has a chip on their shoulder, some attitude about something, or just a general lack of care for their job and the customers.
