Absolute the best service I have had with a storage facility. Wonderful customer service and willingness to work with you. Personally came into some difficult times in life, they did everything possible to work with me, without me feeling like I was being judge or looked down on. Logan and Carma are really really chill and respectful people. They both understand that life happens (as Logan put it) and went above and beyond to help me in every situation. 1000% would recommend them everytime for your storage needs. So to Logan and Carma THANK YOU for being the people you are.

On behalf of T.R. And S.B, 5/5 stars, gratitude towards the whole company. Thank you for being one of the best storage units in the area. The A/C and climate controlled areas make everything worthwhile. The safety and structure between all business employees has been amazing. Communication has always been great, even if it takes a small amount of time as business does. So as well as contouring and understanding of people’s personal situations. Thanks for being a business who cares and wants to make a difference to our community. Well deserved five stars.

I really didn't do right by these people because I didn't really have the money to pay my bills on time and they work with me every time they've been to her backwards to try to accommodate me and when I couldn't afford to pay it on my locker any further and owed them quite a bit of money they give me a special deal to just catch me up and have me move my stuff out so that they didn't have to auction off my property. There's one lady there in particular who is fantastic, just an amazing person and employee, she went so far above and beyond the call of duty that I won't give a name so that there will be no reprisals against her. trust me they have my future business if I ever need a storage locker again. ???????

I moved out exactly the last day of my month to month contract which was a Sunday and they are not open. I think all and all safe, clean, and served its purpose. They charged me the full monthly bill for another month and I am not there (moved to another state) and they will not refund me the month when I’ve moved out. Not a great policy especially when they aren’t open every day to sign paper work. So that is why I give 2 stars… I cannot afford to pay a full month of not utilizing a space and think that is not appropriate to charge when it’s not in use. A grace period should be honored.

Karma at Prime Storage in Sandy has been a lifesaver. I came from Public Storage in Sandy on State St. right down the road and had only had my stuff stored with them for a couple of weeks and had been robbed twice. Needless to say I wasn’t feeling very trusting or safe but Karma was kind and helped me find a safe storage unit where I was in a safe spot and helped me navigate the entire process with patience and kindness. I will always choose Prime storage in Sandy from now on and I will refer everyone else here from now on. They do such a stellar job of keeping things safe, clean and they always have a smile every time I come in! Thanks Karma you are the best!!

We rented three storage units to store 5 vehicles for a few month, while we relocated from NV to UT. At Prime in Sandy. It was very easy to move in as well as to move out. Thank you to Carma Christensen for excellent and friendly customer service!
