I’ve rented a unit at Store N’ Lock for the past 4 years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. The facility is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the staff has been friendly and easy to work with any time I had a question or needed assistance. Moving in and out was simple and stress-free, and I always felt confident that my belongings were safe. This was my first self storage experience and I was drawn to Stor-n-lock for the solid facility images and good reviews. I was definitely not disappointed, Mark was great at explaining everything and making the entire process as simple/easy as possible.

Signing up was seamless, last minute changes needed to be made on my behalf- their customer support was great. They explained everything well and were very helpful in answering all of my questions. Mark was awesome when I got there and had some questions.

I know multiple people who have gotten their stuff stolen by these people, they never got it back or got any money back. Always said they never had enough evidence and needed to upgrade the cameras. These people are stealing from everyone for extra money. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR THINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE. 0/10
