I love STOR-N-LOCK! With the security and having climate controlled units I feel safe storing mine and my children's things there.To top it off the staff is always smiling and making jokes. Mike has been extremely helpful from start to finish. I called and asked about pricing and he helped me pick the unit size I needed and it was in my budget. I was late on a payment and he called to remind me and was very upbeat and understanding. I've never felt more comfortable storing my belongings anywhere else.

Mike is very kind at the Sandy location. He had wonderful manners, and a type of hospitality that made me feel comfortable and at ease when I needed to get the very last of my things even though I was two days too late, he still honored my service and let me get it. Good job store and lock at the Sandy location. Thank you.

From move in to move out everything was smooth and easy! The staff were all super helpful and the facilities are very clean. If I ever need storage at this end of the valley again I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

From the start, the owners of this facility helped me. 2 years ago when I was moving from Idaho, the facility I was going to go to wasnt going to be open. I had a lot of bad luck and bad timings happening while making the move.I remember calling around to find a place to store my stuff at the last second and when I gave this facility a call, they were so cheerful and eager to help me. They made an exception for me, to unload my stuff long after their closing hours.All through out my time renting a unit from them, they have always greeted me in the most cheerful and pleasant manner. If I was ever going to be late or if I had anything I needed help with, the owners were very accommodating and eager to help.I always felt safe coming to my unit and always felt like my belongings were safe and secure. I never had a great experience with storage units in the past but this one went above and beyond my expectations. It was bittersweet to leave it.Even in the end, as I was doing my final clean up, the owners assisted me with my clean up when they didnt need to. It gives me so much faith that there are still good people in the world.I cant express how thankful I am for this place and for the owners. I honestly feel like a 5 star review doesn't do this place justice. If I could give an even higher rating, I absolutely would.To the owners: Thank you for everything! You guys are absolutely awesome! If I ever need a place to store my stuff again, I won't hesitate to come back to this location. I highly recommend this place. And I rarely leave reviews.

Mike and Holly were very nice and pleasant to talk to the other day while setting me up with a storage space. I'm a third time customer here and I'm confident that the rest of my experience while storing will be the same. The price was reasonable compared to nearby companies. I definitely recommend them as long as you don't have a large vehicle to get in.

i’ve only been using a unit at stor-n-lock for a few days now, but i will say michael and holly were incredibly friendly. they have that genuine, southern hospitality feel to them and are just the cutest sweethearts. they helped me get everything sorted out and even went with me to the unit to make sure the locks worked and it was what i excepted. the unit was as described and feels safe and well protected. i have an indoor, climate controlled, 5x5 unit and it’s perfect for what i need. the access hours are great and everything seemed relatively new/up to date and the place is pretty clean and well kept. they provide rolling carts for you to use to get your stuff inside and up to the second floor with ease

Can I just say that Michael and holly are literally some of the funniest and nicest people I’ve met! And they were super quick about helping me and my girlfriend! If you’re looking to store your stuff I highly recommend them!

All I can say is Mike and Kevin are both great guy’s. Mike made my decision to store my personal belongings with them easy. He and Kevin are both super friendly and funny. I will gladly recommend stor-n-lock to my friends and family

I was with the sandy location for 4 years, Kevin has been amazing to work with, as well as all the other staff, I would 100% recommend anyone to this storage facility. Thank you staff for being amazing and always so kind and funny on the phone, as well as in person. Also there is a restroom in the office, which I found very helpful when I was moving out. Thank you for keeping my stuff safe, and clean in the 4 yrs if storing with you

This is an overdue review. I've been coming to this storage unit company for 10 years now! I was only 17yrs old when I met the wonderful couple that runs the place. I was out on my own, and they were extremely helpful and made the process easy for me. I've moved in and out of this storage, maybe 8 different times. They continue to make it simple for me. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with over the years. I'll be leaving them again. I always make it a point to tell the husband every time I leave. "I promise I'll be back." They deserve more than 5 stars!

I've had a storage unit here for about 2 years now and every experience I have ever had here has been more than pleasant! Even when over the phone, they do everything they can to assist you and always seem to get a laugh or two out of me during our encounters. They are the nicest people I've met, and by far the best storage units you'll find for size, price and the safety of your belongings. 100/10 would recommend to family and friends

Mike & Holly are absolutely wonderful! They were able to quickly adjust our storage unit size after we decided we needed something larger. Mike took the time to show us where the units were and made my brother and I’s day with his bright and cheery personality. And he tells the best dad jokes out there! Holly was extremely kind and helpful as well throughout our process of securing a storage unit.
