Terrible onboarding system. They send you no reply emails and texts with no titles, etc. Then they tell you to send info to a different number or call. No one responds. Then if you you call no one picks up (just voice automation) and if you ask for a call back when phone assistance is available no one calls you back.

I had a great experience with Strive Pharmacy. My Doctors at Utah Holistic Health prescribed a new supplement for me. Within a couple of hours I received a text from strive with instructions to get the prescription filled. Coincidentally I was near their location today. I gave them a call and they had the supplemental ready for pickup this afternoon.!
