Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in because my service was down, they explained everything and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Somebody hit my car in the parking lot, and the T-Mobile guy came out and helped me until the police arrived. So nice!

Today my husband and I visited the store to switch my husband over from Verizon. We were helped by Sebastian. We were so happy with the service we received and despite having to jump through lots of hoops that took a lot of extra time to switch us over, he was super patient and helpful! He also helped us find the best deal for switching over. Thank you for the great service!

Manager was no help I have gone to a t-mobile store twice I spent an hour on this store plus hour+ on the other one then they asked me to call back the next day to not help me and send me back to waiting for hours with the 1800 number seriously useless people whats the point of wasting the customers time like that

Worst customer service ever! A young woman and older guy working there. I wanted to open two accounts and as soon as I asked for my current numbers to be transferred they told me it would take a very long time and then they decided not to help me and helped other customers. I seemed like a nuanced to them so I left. Bad customer service doesn't deserve my business

The staff here are great, Steve is the best I have been helped by, he is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help and vincent make the visit less of a inconvenience with his friendly and outgoing personality . These guys are why I drive past most stores to go to them.

Upgraded to a new phone, but they did NOT tell me the terms of the upgrade, that I was locked into a plan. I had a free phone plan with work if I switched to T-Mobile, so I went into the store and they told me I was eligible for a free upgrade if I traded in. I asked if there was a catch or any terms. They said no. Now I'm trying to switch phone plans and they have locked my phone until I pay off the terms of the phone. There has been no paperwork, no record of any conversation, or change. I am very frustrated with the customer service, and the entire company.
