I had a great experience at this store! The Decrease in the pain level that I have which is caused by my flat feet was immediate. I was so excited by the experience of walking around (even the short distance inside the store!) that the good feet inserts made was AMAZING! Derek, my advisor was absolutely terrific! He listened to all that I said, he helped me thru the entire process. I have a terrible balance problem and Derek was right beside me every step of the way making sure that I felt safe and secure! Thank you !???

The value that my supports have brought to my life cannot be measured! I can finally get back to everything I love in life thanks to my supports! I never have to worry about going without support because of the lifetime warranty and lifetime of adjustments! It takes time to get adjusted, because it’s like exercise for your feet, but I’m so thankful I didn’t give up. Thank you so much!!

Really nice people there. And the foot support felt good i just wasn't ready to dish out $1500.00 so i went to a shoe store near by and bought the best support they had for 48$ and so far it's feels really good. If you have 1500$ to spend it probably will help.

Had a wonderful experience with Good Feet! Had a 1-on-1 discussion about the condition of my feet as well as finding me the right kind of footwear to help get rid of the pain I've been experiencing after wearing minimalist barefoot shoes for too long a period of time. Very patient staff and highly informational and care about your overall comfort.

I was in the Sandy branch needing help to resolve an issue with a set of inserts that were just not working. I purchased these on a cruise and I was told that I just needed or use them for a while and they would be fine. This was incorrect. The manager and staff of the Sandy branch discovered that the inserts were the wrong size. The inserts were too small and even though the Sandy branch did not have any obligation to help me, they fitted me for the right size and gifted me a used pair of the right size. I have been wearing them all day and put about three miles on them. Wow! What a difference! I highly recommend this store and the staff. Great people! They really have given me a Merry Christmas!! Thank You!!!

I was treated very nicely at the store. There was one girl named Melissa that helped me immensely and she did things for my feet that I have not had done to my feet in over 75 years cause I’m 75 years old and she has a helpmate here in the store and she has been extremely helpful. In fact she was she help put everything together but everything back in boxes and made it possible for me to take these things home so I think her for that, thanks to both of you and thanks for all the good work

Don't waste your money. They charged us $1500 for inserts that didn't help my daughter. No one there is medically trained. Go to a podiatrist and get custom ones made. We did for 1/5 of the price.

Our daughter was dealing with constant knee pain. We had tried everything. I did a Google search and found The Good Feet Store. It has been life changing for her. Worth every penny. Invest in your feet.

"I can't express enough gratitude to the wonderful team at The Good Feet Store, especially the manager, Daniel, and the salesperson, Melissa. Living with a walking handicap due to spine and knee issues has been a daily challenge filled with pain and anxiety. I've struggled for years to find a solution within my budget.Daniel and Melissa not only took the time to understand my unique needs but also calmed my anxieties. They patiently fitted me with supports that have made an incredible difference in my life. Now, I no longer feel like I'm constantly on the verge of falling over, and the pain is more manageable.Their expertise and care have given me the confidence to walk with more security and have contributed to improving my spine health. There are simply no words to describe the depth of my gratitude. The Good Feet Store has not only provided me with physical support but also emotional support during this journey. Thank you, Daniel, Melissa, and The Good Feet Store, for making a significant difference in my life."

Entered The Good Feet Store in Sandy barely able to walk. Thanks to Derek I left with no pain. Thanks to their life time warranty I was able to increase the supports as my feet changed over the next couple of months. I am finally free of my plantar fasciitis among some other pains in my legs, hips and lower back. Derek took so much time with me, even texting to see how I was and willing to see me immediate. These inserts are simply life changing!!

My grandson is almost 8 and visiting for the summer. I noticed his shoes wearing on the inside, and he complained of knee pain and struggled with running. I did some research and found that New Balance makes 2 types of shoes to help fix the issue with rolling in ankles, but they did not have them in stock (thats where we got the scan of his feet). I called Melissa at The Good Feet store in Sandy, and she had his size in his favorite color. Melissa gave us the red carpet treatment answering every question a 7 year old had about her equipment and even consoled him about tossing out his beloved old shoes that were "hurting his body." Melissa was great with him. This was not cheap. $70 for the specialized shoes for a growing kid, and $150 for the insoles with a 6 mo fit guarantee, so he'll get a bigger pair around Christmas, but it is worth the investment. I see my daughter in her 30s who had the same issue at his age. Now, when her knees are touching, her feet are wide like an X, and she suffers from knee and hip pain. I recommended that she too visit a Good Feet Store in OK where they live.

There’s absolutely no need to spend that much - especially because their orthotics aren’t even custom. They’re just customized. If you have foot problems go to a good Pedorthist and have custom orthotics made. It’s 1/3 to 1/2 the price and they are exactly what you need.Or sometimes all you need to do is go to a good comfort shoe store like Beck’s or Walking Comfort and get a pair of good supportive shoes.
