I came in on Labor day Sep 1 2025 at about 12:30 noon to buy some hats. One of the hats I wanted to buy didn’t have a price tag on it and was the only one they had in store. They tried looking up the price on their website however that particular hat was no longer sold on their website. I waited about 15 mins while they did this btw. The manager on duty wanted to charge me for a completely different more expensive hat. I informed the manager I found the same exact hat being sold at another retailer for much less. She snarkily replied “Why don’t you go buy the hat there then”. I was shocked at the rudeness. They had no idea how much this hat cost and were unwilling to match the price. She was basically telling me to take my business elsewhere. I will from now on. If I could give zero stars I would.

Ordered online pickup, went to pick up and they said it wasn’t in stock. They said they would cancel the order. Order never got cancelled and it charged my card when it was suddenly in stock right after I left???

Had a tee shirt my son wore once for 2 hrs then I washed it and it turned to a crop top after following the proper instructions. This not returning washed items if they are defective is a joke especially considering the return policies of so many other retailers that are very accommodating to their shoppers. Not impressed and have not been for a while, good thing you can get any of the popular things they carry at 100 different stores these days.

Showed up at 10:40 am and doors were locked. They were supposed to be open at 10 am. Finally someone came to the door and had attitude with me when I asked when they would be open and said it’d be another 30 minutes, no apology, no sign on the door, anything. I get sometime workers don’t show but 40 minutes after opening is plenty of time to get things up and running. At minimum, put up a sign on the door or at least act apologetic.

Shop here with my teenage son. Please please turn the music down. I understand the “vibe” in the store but when I can’t even hear what my son is saying when I’m standing by the dressing room door- the music is too loud. And I asked an associate to check to see if another store had a size in stock and had to practically yell when standing next to her so she could hear me. Even my son commented how loud it was.

Horrible customer service by the girl at the counter named Aryame. Bad attitude, rude and denied my return even though I had a receipt and drove 45 minutes each way.

Closes early on many days of the week without notice. 6:35 pm today but the location updated google last week that they were open until 8 pm. Habitual time change issues.

I ordered pants online that never came. I called the company several times and put a tracking order on the item to see what had happened. They claimed that the package had reached my city and there was nothing they could do to help me. I lost around $35 on pants that never came and they did not reimburse me with credit or give me my money back or do anything.

First time to this store and can’t wait to go back! Employee Ethan was friendly and awesome. He helped me with a return, also several times with dressing rooms/sizing and also at the register. Great first impression!

Sizes are completely off. Looked at my kids shirts before placing online order to make sure I was ordering the correct size. The youth large I ordered, which my son wears with every other brand, could practically fit my husband who wears an xxl. Super disappointing and it’s way too inconvenient to return so I guess they’ll sit in his closet until he’s a grown man. Cool.
