It was early no one but some kids getting nails or pedicure but she was so rude. Didn't even say would you like to come back or anything. Poor customer service ? I'll never come back and I live just down the street! ?

i’ve been going here for 3 years now…right around the beginning of COVID. she’s always been so kind. it’s a great location, has great prices, amazing products & services, excellent nail art, broad colors/designs, & amazing staff most especially. i 1000% recommend Tip Top Nails!?

I really love the staff here - they're kind, attentive, and fun to talk to. The pedicures are fantastic and very relaxing! Five stars for sure! Sadly the gel nails aren't as great. Mine started lifting after only 5 days, and by Day 10, I had to remove them because of all the peeling and chips. The paint on some of the nails was really thick as well. I'll most likely find a different location for my manicures, but this place is still my go-to for pedicures.

Tried making an appointment for someone who doesn’t speak English and was told by them that they didn’t have time to waste trying to understand what they wanted. A paying customer is a paying customer. Good customer service is being patient with the people that are PAYING for a service. Definitely do not recommend. Very unprofessional and racist thing to say about anyone. Especially if your first language isn’t English either and 80% of the time people can’t understand you!!!Service: Pedicure

Everyone there was so kind. I am new to the area and was looking for a new place. I called before to make sure they had time and they told me a time to come. They had me sit down to start soaking my nails. I sat there and soaked my nails for about 45 minutes before they started on them. I just wanted gel. I asked for a specific shade of white and they just supplemented with a different white that is quite bright and not the look I wanted.. I'm sad because 2 days later they are chipping. I really wanted to like this place but if you are looking for a good nail place, this isn't it.

Love it! They do not damage your nails with harsh machine filing. They are very gentle and clean. My nails always look good for so much longer than other places too.

Awesome husband wife duo. I called and they got me in within 15 minutes for mani and pedi. Clean shop and excellent service.
