This company is petty, mind you they are located right next to a very popular breakfast place and as we all know banks are not so busy they fill up a parking lot. They may get 2 vehicles parked every few hours especially on a Saturday and they have nothing better to do then call a towing company to remove cars from their non busy lot to be towed. Can we talk about how much a towing company charges to get your vehicle ? Close to 400$ and if you are a struggling family and can’t pay that amount on that day you won’t have a vehicle and every day they charge 40$ on top of that 400$ charge to get it. Can we also add that they close at 2:00 on Saturday and they called to have cars removed around 1:00. I really can’t believe it. SHOCKED. This review may be a bit extra but I just can’t believe they are that bored they literally wanna ruin someone’s day or even life over having a few extra cars in their lot absurd

The branch at 10692 State St has permit-only parking in their back lot which is fine except that is very poorly signed. There are two signs in the entire lot and both are very low to the ground which means when there are other cars in the lot, the signs are impossible to seeTranswest had an entire lot of car from the neighboring restaurant towed in a manner of minutes causing dozens of people to pay $300 at the tow lot.Again, protecting a private lot is fine but you need to make sure it is appropriately signed so that people know. The signs weren't evident until the lot had been emptied (by the tow trucks). Even after discovering the signs (after being towed), they aren't clear. Most of the sign references customers only, not leaving the property, etc so if you do not realize that the lot is private and not for the entire shopping center, it would be easy to mistakenly believe you can park there for the restaurant. It isn't until the very bottom of the sign where it says PERMIT PARKING ONLY. Very poor business practices (and they work with a very terrible towing company)

Came in right at 9 and the staff wasn’t ready or professional. They were mad that I was there right at open. I was being patient and it felt they were taking it out on me that they were under staffed and I just asked for assistance. January was unprofessional and condescending making my experience awful. I walked out because I didn’t want to be assisted anymore

January B was super rude on the phone I am pretty sure a manager can see this and I will put this review for anyone checking reviews do not call or go to this branch Makes me close my loan with them. She need to find another job before people stop doing business with them.

This has to be the worst location! I had a restricted minor account that required me to be 18 to withdraw my money so on my 18th birthday I go in to withdraw my money and not only did they NOT wish me a happy birthday but they treated me like I was stupid and like it was an inconvenience I was pulling out my settlement money and they were just so rude about it! Didn't even say have a nice day just the rudest customer service

I highly recommend TransWest Credit Union in Sandy. I have utilized them for years now. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The management will go out of their way to help you however they are able. If you need a savings or checking account, auto loan, personal or financial assistance - see them for help and you will be VERY glad you did. They are also very fast with their service - much better than a "big bank" 8-) I will miss you Rose!! Thank you for all your excellent help these years!
