The owner and the stuff are very helpful. Weekly and season rentals are great if kids trying out lacrosse for the first time. Highly recommend Tribal West!

I took my stick in to get restrung on a Thursday. I was told it would be done by Monday. I show up Monday and was told it wasn’t done yet but would be on Tuesday. I show up again on Tuesday and was told yet again that it was not done. I then got a text on Wednesday saying that the stick was left off site. Meaning I had to wait another day to get my stick. Although tribal strung my stick well they didn’t follow through on what they told me.

Been shopping here for lax gear since 2008. Would prefer Tribal over any other store I've visited across the country! Ownership is the best, staff is great, amazing selection of products and always stocked up!

Couldn't find the gear we needed anywhere. Tribal West Lacrosse had it and went above and beyond to ship it to us in Canada! Great, fast service and super friendly staff. Could not be happier. Now we will see if it comes on time.

Hire someone, forced them to work for a couple hours. Refused to do the I9 and related paperwork. Now they aren't able to get paid. Awful business to run.

Tribal West is great. They have strung several of my sons goalie heads and we've always been happy with the outcome. I really wish they still had the store up north, we travel all the way from the UT/ID border

I have been going to Tribal West for 5 years now. Staff is knowledgeable and prices are fair. Sure beats going to a big sports outfit where nobody can provide quality assistance.
