Verify out of state licenses prior to rental day, or at least notify of the requirements for out of state licenses. The representative I spoke to was very rude and did not explain what needed to happen or why. Made us late to meet the movers.
Additionally, two blankets were missed. Tried to call within business hours and left a message. Still have not received a call back in order to return.

I would leave 0 star if I could, charge me extra $117, he would charge you clean fee if you’re left a bottle of water, the staff is unprofessional at all, you’re not able to find this location for drop off within 15 mins, the sign of U-Haul about A4 paper size in industry area.

Horrible, charge cleaning fee for a bottle of water that I left. Drop off at noon and another charge for the late fee... because I didn't drop off in business hour. what kind of business is close at noon???

I picked up AND returned the truck the same day, but was charged an extra day for some odd reason ($54.85). U-Haul customer service has not responded to my complaint or request for a refund. I will now have to dispute this charge with my credit card. I do not recommend using U-Haul -- the trucks are great, but the service is horrible.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever experienced. The person I'm not sure if it's an owner or manager but he called me about a u haul I rented. There was misunderstanding based on having to pick up from this location rather than the original that I had selected. As I tried to explain the process I had taken just hours before with the Towne Storage South Jordan (very kind people over there) this jerk kept interrupting me, called me stupid & told me he was going to charge me $150 & then hung up on me. I've never been so disrespected by a company in my life. He said he would blacklist me, ok buddy, I'll NEVER come to you again anyways. Do not work with this company. They are toxic.

Same complaints as everyone else. 1 hour late and we were already on a tight schedule. When he showed up he was extremely slow and unprofessional. Overcharged us $100 for no reason. Do not use this Uhaul facility.

This was the best UHaul experience I have ever had. The agent was courteous, quick and efficent. Everything was ready to go. He completed the paperwork in record time. I personally inspected the equipment before hooking up and noted that it was clean and in good repair. I was hooked up and out of the facility in less than 15 minutes... TOTAL!!! Because I picked up late, they extended the drop off time for me by an hour! What great customer relations! I am totally impressed with this operation and the agent I worked with! I would highly recommend this location over all others I have used in the Sandy area.

DO NOT USE SHINE TOWING! The man was an hour late, had nothing ready, the uhaul was dirty with literal coffee spilt down the seats (no uhaul COVID precautions advertised were done), he charged me for insurance I DID NOT approve (I pre-paid everything online & denied insurance) and he still charged me after the fact - when I called to get a reimbursement he said he wouldn't reimburse me & hung up on me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING SHINE TOWING FOR ANYTHING. It's unfortunate he is a Uhaul dealer as he does not represent the uhaul company in a positive way. I am now dealing with uhaul to override his fraudulent charge of several hundred dollars.

Although my truck was ready and had the appliance dolly already in it for early pick up before they opened, their phone customer service/etiquette was appalling. I didn't know successful small businesses grew by cussing on the phone.

I called them asking if they had any trucks available for the next day. The guy who answered said "no we don't have anything available for today" then hung up on me while I was trying to clarify my question.

Charged us an extra $91 for an "extra day" of renting the truck. WE NEVER HAD IT AN EXTRA DAY! We picked up and dropped off within 6 hours! During business hours! I've tried contacting this specific location and uhaul. Talked to 5 people now who say they'll help, and then do NOTHING. Tried contacting this location. THEY DONT ANSWER AND THEY DONT RETURN MESSAGES.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
