Terrible customer service. Brought my phone in and was told it would be ready at a certain time. Returned at that time and my phone wasn’t ready & told to come back in an hour. Came back in an hour and they did ZERO repairs to my device and left my phone in worse condition… telling me I needed to go to Verizon for an entirely new device…… claimed I couldnt get a new battery even though that was what the claim was for….

4.4 stars! Ridiculous, these numbskulls wasted my time, I came in at 10AM to only find out there was a person ahead of me when I scheduled an appointment. Then they kept trying to figure out what my phone model was they could not settle on how to get a hold of me in order to tell me that it would be more or less on the price! I then wasted more time when they did the repairs and I came in at 3:30 PM to only find out they had to revert the changes because it would be another 88+ dollars added to the front screen which was already at $275 and that is just the FRONT! The back cost another 100-200 dollars! Not only do they over charge but they waste your time then want to charge more parts because Samsung told them the screen replacement would affect the front camera! During this time I feel pretty vulnerable because of all the time wasted, they needed access to phone which made me skeptical because they needed to do screen tests. Wasted a whole day, when I went to them for my 1st repair, never had this much flack! Don't go here unless you want to spend an arm and a leg and waste entire day re-attaching them.

These guys can probably do really simple repairs, but I come to them with a swollen phone battery and say "hey, my battery's swollen, can you replace it?" And they say "sure, give us 5 days for the part to come in." I waited, and apparently they "didn't know there was swelling" and need 150 extra dollars. Meaning they didn't look at the phone or listen to me ONCE before agreeing to repair it. Pathetic

Made an appointment online - before I came in and specifically filled out which phone I had. They said they had the part when I got there. I dropped it off and then 20 minutes after dropping off I got a call that they don’t have the part and it will be 2-3 days.Poor customer service.So instead go to TrickedOutThey have the part on hand and in my charged me $130 instead of the $150. And it has a lifetime warranty vs just 1-yearAnd it was done in 45 minutes instead of 2- 3 hours quoted by Ubreakifix

This place is absolutely amazing. I went in to several repair shops sobbing my eyes out because my phone broke and all of my pictures of my kids from the past 4 years were lost and I couldn't get them off.i had a SD card in there but somehow none of my data saved to it. Every place I went to couldn't help me and told me it was basically a lost cause or that it would be a $200 fix and it wasn't guaranteed that they could retrieve the info either. I went here and the repair guy was able to temporarily fix my phone and transfer over all of my data and photos to my new phone within 2 hours for $85 without an appointment same day. They were super kind and amazing to work with I would highly recommend this place.

Anytime we have technology troubles this is our first stop. Alex is AMAZING! He spoke to my husband on the phone about our issue, I popped in and he had the phone fixed in less than 5 minutes. Everyone is always super friendly and I absolutely recommend this location. Thanks Alex!!!

The guys that worked on the phone were speedy and thorough. Super patient with me as I wasn't sure how to navigate an IPhone, it was my kids that needed fixed. Kind, thorough and speedy. Good place and experience

This place is so unprofessional I scheduled for my phone screen to be replaced online. They confirmed the appointment and said it would be a same-day repair.I go to drop it off. They accept it (even though the price for an Apple screen was double for others I saw online - so I went with the 3rd party screen).I drop it off.They call me 30 minutes later to tell me that they don't have the part.So now I've spent an hour of my time with nothing to show for it. And there was no apology. Awful service.

I called to have my data transfered for my S9. The store told me they would order a battery. They sent me an appointment time a week later. When I showed up they told me they didnt have the battery and would call me when it arrived. After another week the parts manager called and told me they couldn't order it. When I asked why this would happen after two weeks and he hung up on me. Extremely poor and disappointing service.

Quam and crew were stellar. Phones are a pain to fix and most of us procrastinate to get them done. It took 10 mins to process and less then 2 hrs to fix. This company are Aces in my book. Also, make surr you have insurance and they offer it as well. That saved me $600 today. Great store!

I was raised, if you did something wrong fix it don't be sorry, don't make any excuses be straight forward and don't lie because it will come back to haunt you. But wow this place had the lamest excuse, we were busy to call you. But you was not busy to answer my call. So after dropping my phone off at 10am I was told 3hrs, cool. At 4pm since I have not heard anything I called and was informed we are not able to work on your device because there is a issue creating a ticket with Samsung, ok! so 5 an half hours and no one was willing to let me know, well too busy to call that is what I was told. Lamest excuse, just own it and say I forgot. I told the guy Rick if I remember correctly when the young lady entered the information it cancelled and refunded my repair order in the computer but Rick is saying in the system everything looks good on his end, obviously it wasn't because then they wouldn't have issues creating the ticket. I even show them the email that I received but Rick said everything is good on his end and still took the phone anyway. I should have gone with my gut the first time and go to Best Buy.

These knuckleheads broke my phone and now I need to find somewhere else to fix their $400+ mistake.In late September, I took it in for warranty work, a volume button replacement as mine had fallen out. In the process, they "had to replace my screen", but after I received it, I found that the GPS no longer worked. They kept it and told me they needed to order parts, then that they would “expedite getting the parts.” After a week, they said, "Google won't let us fix it" and "There is nothing we can do." They are now blaming water damage (phone has NEVER been in water), but this did not stop them from fixing it when they replaced my perfectly good screen. Overall, the process took 12 days for them to fix it, lead me on that they would help me, then told me that Google will not let them fix it. What?In my perspective, it looks like they broke it trying to fix the volume button and had to replace the screen because of that, but replacing the system board would cost them too much.Customer service is hard. Effective and honest communication would have helped considerably. These guys usually do decent work, just to sometimes get complaints from schlubs like me. If they had been honest and upfront, I would have been happy. Now I’m out more than $400 for their mistake and clearly not happy.I just needed just a volume button, now I need to get a system board replaced by a reputable company to fix the GPS that worked when I brought it to them.

Awful experience brought in a Xbox series X with minor water damage (I did all the important steps to take after water damage like leaving it off for a 24 hour period). They then proceeded to take it for two weeks with no contact and sent me an email thanking me for my visit. Got on customer support to ask if they still had it which they said yes and it was ready to be picked up. Came in 5 days later and they told me they couldn't find it and to contact them later that day. Called them later that day and was told they handed it off to someone else and to wait from a call from them to find out how we proceed. Finally after another week get told they have another Xbox Series X that I can pick up that might work. Pick it up the next day and its completely trashed and looks like it was thrown off a building. You can feel and see all the parts on the inside rolling around, the side panels are way bent out of shape, the bottom plate is completely missing and the area around the disc drive is melted, it obviously doesn't even work either. So disappointed with the service, at the very least I could've sold the other one for parts but this one is complete junk.I dont recommend ever going here this was a nightmare

Completely a mess I brought in two phones they tell me they're done and I just need to come in to do some paperwork Wait an hour and a half for them to tell me no they're not done. They call me again the next day saying oh we need you to come in to put in my code so they can do stuff I understand that security measure I go in and then they tell me only one phone will be ready. They didn't even seem to know that the phones were together even though I brought them in together. And when I asked what they would do since I had to come in three separate times and get my phones they offered nothing I spent $300 preparing each phone separately
