Most unfriendly and least helpful store I've ever been in! Arrived to look at drivers for my son's birthday. We didn't get a "Hello" or "Welcome!" We looked around and made our way to the back side of the store. We looked at the many used items, and looked around for suggestions or advice from any employees. They were all busy looking at their phones, or watching golf on the Television. They had an ok selection of golf clubs, but we weren't sure what to get. My son started looking up reviews online and checking out advice online. I wondered around the store. No one greeted us or checked on us. We were there about 20 minutes while researching the different drivers my son was interested in. Eventually he decided on one that was highly recommended online. When we were walking up to check out every person at the cash register's were looking at their phones still!!! Not sure why they have so many employees working if all they are going to do is get paid to look at their phones and not greet customers into the store or help, advise or suggest golfing items! Good thing we bought our phones to get the answers we were looking for!! Very disappointed in the customer service.

Went in to buy a set of irons and I showed the salesman a set from Amazon that were the exact same set they had but with a 3h and 4h. I asked if they would match the same deal and they said no because they didn’t have the 3h or 4h clubs. So I then asked if they’d do the same deal with one of their used drivers. Which would have been $50 less than what they sell the used driver for anyway. He said no. Didn’t ask a manager or anything. I said I’m trying to just do a deal with you guys that is equal to what Amazon was offering. I was also planning on buying gloves and shoes. He just looked at me like I was stupid. Then he said, “well maybe you should look for the driver on ksl or somewhere else and buy the iron set from them.” It’s like he missed the whole point. I was trying to give my business to Uinta instead of Amazon by getting the same deal or one even a bit less than Amazon but he couldn’t just go ask the manager if it was possible. I guess they don’t want my business. All because he couldn’t see if he could sell the used driver for $50 less with me buying an iron set, gloves, and shoes. Now Amazon will get my $$$

Excellent customer service that really went the second mile for me. Kudos to the Uinta Golf team for making a few extra phone calls to Ping to process a warranty for a damaged club. It's the customer service experience you always hope for. Thank you, thank you, thank you!By way of background, I returned a damaged club to another store to claim the warranty. In the meantime, I was shopping at Uinta Golf for new clubs where I shared the story of the cracked club head with a woman who (1) validated my problem (other people have had this happen to them, too) and (2) asked me to come by should the warranty claim be denied through the other store. The claim was denied and so I took my club over to Uinta Golf... where they took amazing care of me and my club. I really appreciated her willingness to help, the tech who assured me that they would do what they could, and the person who made the calls to Ping for me. I am forever grateful!

Staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. Walked around looking for a new 5W and not one hello. When somebody finally asked how I was doing I said “you’re the only person in here that acknowledged me” he then said that it might be cause nobody knows me. My immediate thought was why would somebody need to know me to provide costumer service? Long story short I’ll be doing all my business at Scheels and PGA Superstore.

I recently visited UNITA Golf, and I must say I had a great experience. The store has a fantastic selection of golf equipment, and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, especially Max, the salesperson who assisted me.Max was very patient and attentive, taking the time to understand my golfing needs and preferences. He provided me with valuable advice on the different clubs and equipment available and helped me find the perfect set of clubs that suited my game.What impressed me most about Max was his passion for golf and his willingness to share his expertise with me. He gave me some useful tips on how to improve my swing, which I found extremely helpful.Overall, I would highly recommend UNITA Golf to any golfer looking for high-quality equipment and excellent customer service. Max and the rest of the staff made my shopping experience a real pleasure, and I will definitely be returning to UNITA Golf for all my golfing needs.

It was 'OK'... Really overpriced on pretty much everything. Staff was pretty aloof, and it just feels really cramped in the space it's in.

We love the personal attention at Uinta. Matt helped us choose a long iron and steered us to a hybrid which we bought. This store is quite new and well stocked. Go check it out. Can't beat the 90 day return on even used items.

went here for a Christmas gift for my father...im not really into golf, so this place aint my type of store...but it was clean, the employees were all very kind and they had what my dad was looking for...if golf is your thing then this place is for you...check it out

CAMERON and SHANE are LIARS!!! Beware of these two. I brought my Mizuno driver a few months ago. I noticed cracks in the crown. It was still under warranty, so I brought back into the Sandy store to get it sent back to Mizuno to havethem look at it. The driver "came back" from Mizuno in a couple weeks. Cameron told me Mizuno said the marks on the crown were cosmetic and there was nothing they would do about. Cameron could not produce any paperwork from Mizuno that it was ever sent. He got defensive when I told him, I didn't think he sent it in and is lying to me. Mizuno had no records of my driver being sent into them. The guy flat out lied to me. I talked to Shane the manager and he said he would look into what happened. He calls me back and tells me pictures were sent to Mizuno and that they would not warranty the club, and that Mizuno told them to lie to me and tell me they sent the club in. Another awful lie. I took the club to the Salt Lake location, they sent the club into Mizuno and Mizuno sent me back a brand new driver. I plan on emailing Unita's corporate office and Mizuno to let them know how Cameron and Shane lie to their customers and lie about what their suppliers are saying to customers. I will never step foot in Unita golf. Go up the road to the PGA Superstore. They were more willing to help out than the Sandy store was. Cameron and Shane will happily take your money but lie to your face if you need help. Be very leary when dealing with these two.
