Needed hydrolic wheelchair lift repaired on a transport bus. United Access was able to order parts and rebuild the lift. Thanks for the great work.

I cannot stress enough the professionalism of Tim and Scott. We bought a conversion van through Tim. He went far beyond our expectations. He has ensured that our experience was great. He first made sure that he understood our particular needs.... We are both wheelchair bound. Tim spent so much time researching the best available vehicle and that it would meet our needs, had the van delivered from Colorado, detailed the van and took care of the registration. Since then he has made every effort to ensure that we are happy with the van and the ramp. We will be a customer of United Access for life.

I’m a 100% Disabled American Veteran with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). The VA recommended I purchase a wheelchair van and prepare for the future. I knew nothing about a vehicle like this when I began my search. United Access in Woods Cross, Utah helped me find a tremendous vehicle…and educated me on all the requirements.
The VA has very unique and specific requirements for their patients and very detailed administrative details for purchases like this. Tim Thompson and the folks at United Access executed everything flawlessly and provided me with one heck of a van. I highly recommend making United Access your first and only stop if you’re in the market for a specialized and top notch wheelchair van or other ADA certified equipment.

Just had the Braun lift on my 40’ Newmar Motorhome repaired and serviced at United Access. They did a great job, explained everything to me. Thing was inop so they diagnosed problem plus did some long overdue servicing since it’s 12 year old and never been serviced to my knowledge. Called them Wednesday and dropped it off, had all the parts and picked up on Thursday. Steve, Ronnie and Aaron were great. Dan

United Access did an incredible job upfitting our Transit van with a wheelchair lift, hand control, transfer seat as well as a remote side door opener / closer. The quality of the products installed are the best in the business. It is good to know that all the parts & devices can be easily serviced by providers all over the USA! Not only was the work done professionally the whole process of designing the project to arranging payment to getting the work done and finally receiving the van was done with great care and consideration for the driver using this van.
The freedom this provided has been life-changing. It is clear that everyone at United Access understands the importance of their work as they work hard to ensure quality, safety & performance for many years to come!!
Tim was incredibly helpful through this process. We asked for some unusual steps to make this work happen and Tim as well as others helped make this happen.
In order to provide this type service to individuals and families in need requires a degree of patience & understanding in order to ensure the needs are met. From start to finish Tim helped us make this happen. Job well done to all the staff at the Woods Cross United Access shop!!

Zach is the best! He goes above and beyond for his customers and makes the process really smooth. He actively listened to our needs and preferences. We had a wonderful experience purchasing a used motility vehicle. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He demonstrated and walked us through the process of loading and unloading the wheelchair into the van. He even added extras to make the van fit our every need. We found the exact van we wanted at a fair price with excellent customer service. Smooth transaction and attention to detail made our car buying experience easy.

Tim provided marvelous customer service! We have been seeking an affordable wheelchair van and located one in Texas which Tim put a 24 hr hold on for us, securing it from five additional buyers who wanted it, then arranged to get it transported to Utah asap. We received it yesterday and found it just lovely. I appreciated the courtesy in getting all the paperwork completed and demonstrating how everything worked before driving it home. I recommend highly your working with United Access and with Tim. Sue

Our daughter's van has had tons of problems since a poor install of our daughter's van at United Access in 2018. Our daughter has quadriplegia. It admittedly was a very complicated install. The hope was to give her independence to drive herself. The install was bid on by multiple mobility car dealers in Utah and paid for by Utah work force services. We paid approximately $45,000 for the ramp van and the state paid for approximately $50,000 in modivications. United access underbid the other companies and did a poor install. Our daughter has since moved to California and has had to spend at least $7, 000 to fix what was done improperly by their team. There are many problems that cannot be fixed due to the improper first installation. I hope that this is not happening to other families. Those who use their products are already struggling and deserve the best service and products available. United Access, please do not bid on a project that you are unable to do correctly.

Tim was AWESOME to work with. He brought the vehicle up to the Neilson Rehabilitation Hospital for my husband to see and practice getting in and out of before we decided to purchase it.
