I never learn. Please check USPS rates before going here. Today was the third time I’ve been burned at the incredibly higher price to mail a package. But it’s so few and far between that I forget until they tell me the price. I was having an extremely hard day anyway so I just went with it and now kicking myself all day that I fell for it again. USPS has always been $5,10 and in today’s case I’m confident it would have been $15 cheaper. This isn’t the stores fault just UPS rates. $15 is still a lot of money for me so I’m mad that I wasn’t more frugal.

This UPS store is by far the best UPS store for shipping services and obtaining many sized boxes for moving. The owner and staff are absolutely fantastic professional providers for their services! This Sandy, UT location is the best.

Went to drop something off at 6:25 and they wouldn’t let me in the store, they said they were closed. I checked the door and it said 6:30. I won’t be using this location in the future.

I paid 96 dollars for overnight shipping. It’s now 3 days later. The driver refused to bring my package. He said leave 2 children under age 7 alone at home and walk to come get it. Leave a 3 year old alone at home? Are you kidding me? That package has the keys to my car, I have been 3 days without a vehicle due to this abhorrent service. I’ve spent hours in the phone with UPS today and no resolution. The driver was ordered to deliver my package and he said ok, then just didn’t. I am appalled. This entire store is reprehensible especially, Alma. Derek, Eric and Patrick jorgenson.
