I used to bank with US bank but left due to exorbitant fees and some shady stuff they had pulled on me. I had to run back today to verify a check or exchange a check for a cashiers check and they wouldn’t help me due to their policy. The frustrating thing is that any other bank would have helped me solve the problem. When I went back to my original bank they were able to pull some strings and release the check within 2 days. Bottom line is that US bank has lots of red tape and frustrating policies that other banks don’t. Bank with someone who doesn’t make you jump over so many hurdles.

During a recent visit to one of your branches, I was treated in a manner that felt discriminatory while attempting to cash a company check. Despite being in my work attire, I was informed by both the branch manager and a teller that I had to deposit the entire check due to an overdrawn balance, although I only wanted to cash a portion of it. I explained that I regularly perform this same transaction at other branches without issue, but they insisted it was impossible because the system doesn’t allow it. After leaving, I went to another branch nearby and completed the transaction with no problem, confirming that my request was valid. The way I was treated at the first branch was unprofessional and shows a lack of understanding of their own banking procedures. I hope this matter is addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.

Worst bank ever. Their fees are ridiculous. I checked our account and they have taken thousands of dollars of fees from my wife and I in the last few years. Any other bank is better!

3 years ago, I would have given this location a 5 star rating, but now it's dropping. I've been with US Bank for a long time, and I've always enjoyed the customer service. For the past 2 years, every time I walk in to get some help, they pawn me off to doing things online. It's like a knee jerk reaction, now, and I don't like feeling like I'm working with a bank that doesn't want to help me, when I walk in. What's the point of walking in, if all they're going to do is tell me to do it? Either they don't want to help me, or they don't know how. Either way, I don't appreciate the treatment.

Had my wallet stolen US Bank was very helpful especially this branch with the COV it was the only location to go to I’ve had the pleasure of working with Connor now for about three years I don’t know his last name but he really Help me like a professional his team over there is second to none I would recommend opening an account at this location if you want to be in good hands thanks Connor you are a Stud!
