Darwin was so kind and informative! He helped me save money by telling me of a discount my package qualified for. Super helpful.

This branch is superior in comparison to the other Sandy branch, in all aspects. For those who have an issue with the lunch hour time. It is clearly posted on the door when a clerk is not going to be available.. It is worth scheduleing your day around this if you are one who visits the post office on a regular basis. Michelle is by far the most enjoyable USPS personnel I've had the pleasure to work with. I have been visiting Michelle for over 10 years dating back to getting our kids first passports and followed her to this location because she does such a great job and is incredibly patient with me when I bring my ongoing certified mailings. What a great surprise to see she will be stationed in this location permanently going forward. I highly recommend giving it a try and retry!!!

This PO is a quick in and out location, I have visited it every week for years. Kathy was great, Rhonda was helpful, Anthony and Darwin do a wonderful job covering for vacations and now Michelle, glad she’s the new lady in charge… always a friendly smile waiting to help you!

Had the best expierience with a clerk named Michelle. She was very helpful and super nice as well as being reassuring. They’re closed for lunch from 12:30 - 2, it’s posted on the door. I’m so glad I found this place.

This post office is closed 12 pm ~2 pm. To my knowledge it’s a single woman who works here. She was so helpful and nice!

One of the worst customer service USPS I've ever visited. The old lady immediately said no to the questions I was asking never had this issues in SLC. Her name tag is flipped also so I couldn’t even get her name.

Edit, TLDR: 30 minutes here with a cow that couldn't care less to even try to help me as her lunch is more important. UPS helped me in less than a single MINUTE.DO NOT COME HERE.Absolute UNIT of a woman can't use a USPS shipping label with a USPS tracking number because it's not a QR code. "How do I turn it into a QR code?" "No clue. You have to get one." So I went to 5 different websites creating 5 different QR codes for a dollar each. None of them "scanned". She couldn't care less and waddles back to her lunch. All this happening as she told off another lady for trying to ship something to Canada too late in the day. Do Not Come Here.

I come in at 12:25. One one came up for 5 mins. Then they close the door on me saying they are closed.

This location has weird hours and an even stranger parking garage. If you need to fill out a form or have anything more complicated than a simple stamped letter, go to the other USPS.

Skip this place and go to the location on 7th east in Sandy. They will treat you like people there.
