The two people working at 2:30 on 8/27 were amazing. I didnt get the ladies name but she was extremely helpful in finding which package i needed for my items, and Kyle was very sweet and funny at check out. I had a lovely experience and will be coming back. It honestly shocked me to see how low their reviews are here, the staff was wonderful!

Troy was awesome! First time getting my passport as an adult and he made it easy and hilarious. I was worried that I'd forget a step or a document and Troy stepped right in and walked me through the process quickly and made sure I was taken care of. Just a really solid experience. I definitely recommend getting your passport here if you want an easy and good experience, and you'll especially experience that if it's Troy that helps you. Thank You for your service in the military, Troy, and for your great help!!!

To the US Postal!!!! I didn’t get my mail for several days not knowing why so I went to the post office in Sandy and found out due to bees surrounding my mailbox my mail will not be delivered until the mailbox has been sprayed around the area of the mailbox I am so mad this is BS I had medication that I needed wondering where it was that is how I found out that the mail was not going to be delivered at my house…. I will take action if this happens again and it shouldn’t happen again right!!!!!!!!🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃 From and unhappy lady. Sue Dalling

I was disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I entered the store with a prepaid shipping label, expecting a straightforward process, but was met with unnecessary attitude from one of the employees. He informed me that I could only borrow the tape once, offering no courtesy or assistance beyond that. Meanwhile other YT older gentleman was supper friendly and nice to another YT customer. They need to Retrain these so called federal employees.

Employee was to lazy to scan bar code for a return. Told to come back tomorrow. I used the kiosk and was fine. Why was I not told to use it. Also if that is working, how is the system down? Terrible service, and lazy workers. Scanning, printing, and shipping is not hard to do. You get paid the same regardless. Just do your job.

Parcel Pending package gets left with no code sent for me to get my package. This is three times now, 2 package s have never been recovered with no compensation. It seems to happen when there is a sub-mail carrier.

I dropped off a package 4 nights ago and shipped with the 2 day express. It's Tuesday, so business day #2 and the tracking number has not updated to reflect USPS even receiving it. Due to the time sensitive contents, I returned to inquire about the status and was told that they only scan packages 4-5 times a month?? I emphasized this was a time sensitive package (and again, was shipped via priority mail express) and was told that I should have an update within 10 days. I'm not sure what the point of paying for expedited shipping is if they aren't going to expedite the shipping.

Never leave 1 star reviews but I’ve been plagued with so many years of awful experiences and sheer pettiness from this location that I can confidently say they earned this.
Bad attitudes, seemingly intentional slowness, and all in all just miserable humans that are employed here.

We just walked in 15 min after it opened for passport processing. We were 5th in line and apparently they can only do 4 people a day. We had all paperwork done and completed from our visit last week where they said to come back, as we were missing an item that time. The worker and manager totally blew us off even though it's 3:47 and they're supposed to do passports from 3.30 to 5pm. Such a joke... no wonder no one uses the post office anymore unless forced to do so. Tax dollars at work, or on break, more likely.

Wesley’s a pos, had a passport appointment and waited 20 minutes until after our appointments beginning, he called us to the counter and told us that he couldn’t do the appointment because we were late. We told him we had been waiting for 20 minutes but he said “I can’t do your appointment today anyway” lazy government worker waste of space
