Wesley’s a pos, dad passport appointment and waited 20 minutes until after our appointments beginning, he called us to the counter and told us that he couldn’t do the appointment because we were late. We told him we had been waiting for 20 minutes but he said I can’t do your appointment today anyway. lazy government worker waste of space

so at this time i just picked up my son from school and i went to go do something at this particular post office when i went in i already knew something was wrong she looked at me and my son with a dirty look mind we are hispanic so i went with the lady and long story short she started being a karen now at this point i was like i don’t care my son was there so i said ok so i went with someone else but i will note that she did not treat me with respect at one point she said leave and go to another post office and this all happened with my son watching and he’s 6 may i add that he got scared.

The worst USPS ever. They don’t deliver the package and mark as delivered. You have to go to the facility and wait almost a hour to talk to somebody that really don’t care about you or your packages.

Most clerks are kind and helpful, however, today I went to verify a change of address and the female clerk was extremely rude and snapped at me and was not willing to listen or help. She needs a happy lesson. The male clerk who replaced her went above and beyond to assist with the forms etc that we had already turned in two months ago but the post office had no record of item.

Best employees, efficient and kind. Never have an issue at this location. Lines can be long, but employees are working hard.

The blonde lady at the counter was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend this office for your mailing needs. I did go at a very un-busy time. But perhaps it is not so busy at this location?

As the case with all postal service locations , this location was slammed with customers from counter to door.There was one gal workin ( Jamie ) and she was handling it like a boss. Of course with so many customers and 1 employee staffed there was a wait. Once I got to the counter I understood why and that it was a necessary step in doing the job right. Thank you Jamie , for your help in understanding my options in a unique situation. Very knowledgeable employee and takes the time to double check the details are done correctly, details that are in fact the customers responsibility to ensure so that their packages make it to the correct destination. Seriously the very best ! customer service experience with a postal service location I have had and I used to drop off and pick up from multiple locations over many years for work. If I have a choice of location, this is the spot. Patience is a virtue peeps , if you want it done right.
